At Delfino AI (YC S22), I was CTO and built voice agents for healthcare operations: navigating IVRs, waiting on hold, speaking with insurance representatives, and returning structured information for eligibility, prior authorization, and claims workflows. That work involved deterministic execution paths, fallbacks, human handoffs, and debugging failures across calls and integrations.
Before that, I co-founded Likeo (acquired), where I optimized a virtual try-on pipeline to run 2x faster while reducing AWS GPU infrastructure costs by 10x. At xAGI Labs, I built 12+ production AI systems for startups, combining retrieval, model APIs, structured outputs, and external integrations.
I've also led an eight-engineer team and worked directly with founders on product and technical decisions. I can take ownership from backend design and implementation through model integration, evaluation, deployment, and production debugging.
