I still choose the "America/New_York" / "Eastern Time (U.S. and Canada)" time zones when setting up systems in Indianapolis because "America/Indiana/Indianapolis" / "Indiana (East)" adds nothing but the possibility of error.
Indiana started observing DST in 2006. Bad memories die hard.
