Do you believe that a significant number of people are deploying Anubis, even when they could bear the server load without it, in order to try to prevent their sites from being used as LLM training data?
Of course they do, but then, I license everything I write as CC-BY or, at the very worst, CC-BY-SA, including this comment, so I don't feel whatever it is such people feel that drives them to put Anubis, captchas and whatnot in front of their texts and images.
I had only ever heard of people using it because their servers were being overloaded. I didn't realize so many were using it just for the sake of it. That does suck.
