It’s about lost golf balls that I find around my neighborhood. (I rent in a subdivision surrounded by , I think five golf courses). I take pictures of where I find them. Give them a little description and write a little story about them sometimes.
My daughter loves it.

The brilliance is the simplicity. You don’t get ads every other article. You get information.
Look at a ‘man’ page. It delivers information in an easy to read, text format.
We have had so much CSS, JS, pop-ups, pop-unders, and invasive click-tracking shoved down our collective throats that “surfing” the web is not an enjoyable experience anymore. It’s a damn chore.
There is an undercurrent of simplicity in the design of web-pages that I personally am starting to more often. If you look at links posted here by highly technical people or *nix power users, it’s a bare-bones blog or site.

Ensure your managers aren’t micromanagers.
An open door policy. A real one, where your employees can come to you and feel valued and heard. You may not always agree or be able to do what they want, but be an active listener.
Promote from within. If you have a team running for 6 months without a manager do you even need one?
I have always, except in one instance, changed employers due to management.
A little disjointed, but you get the idea. Sorry. On mobile.
If you have a good solution or a good product, people will pay. There’s always a problem to be solved.
Left slide to reschedule. Right slide to cancel. Pull down for new event.
Try to incorporate NLP. “Meet Dave tomorrow for coffee.” Translates correctly.
Access to contacts. Ability to set favorite contacts. I meet with my team almost daily. Give me the ability make them my most Favorites.
Instant meet via Google Meet that gets added to my calendar.
Extremely well documented. https://www.cloudron.io/
That’s off the top of my head.
