So its an upgrade transport system with cost savings, ie carriages that can use the basic concrete tunnel controlled by software like AI road trains to avoid collisions maximising the transport of people and stations above ground for the cheaper space required when carriages need to stack up side by side whilst people engage in the rather slow activity of getting in and out. I cant see why they cant make a profit from that model.
CO2 levels rise to unhealthy levels (700ppm) within a few hours of a typical bedroom if you keep the doors and windows closed. Its also why Submarines have CO2 scrubbers.
You can tell where someone is from just by looking at them, facial proportions, bone structure, and thats before you even get into clothes which mimic social conformity aka dedicated followers of local fashion.
CIA, MI5 offer the best courses, plenty of paid for field work in interesting locations around the world. Just answer strange adverts, like Godolt is not coming, or be observant when out walking.
NordVPN use these guys as a node along with MIT, plenty of businesses and plenty of *.io domains to pop out in different parts of the world. Would not be surprised to learn there are various analysis of the traffic popping out of NordVPN's openVPN vpn's. Of course if you have 14 eyes, you can watch the encrypted traffic passing along the wires like waves travelling an ocean.
You have an issue with speed and size of someone on the footpaths, I could run fast and cause more problems than someone on a scooter on the path. Besides its not like Scooters will ever be that popular because people love transporting stuff around in their cars and they need/expect a certain level of protection from the elements which scooters, bikes and motorbikes will never exceed. Its a bit of a storm in a teacup which is why the UK police are not prosecuting electric scooter users at the moment.
This is why the World Bank can claim to have lifted the poorest who earn $1 a day above this limit, wage inflation gives these people $2 a day, but the cost of living has increased to $3 a day, so they are now worse off despite the headline claim to having being lifted out of the $1 a day poverty. For thousands of years clever people have been manipulating stupid people.
Totally agree about Nature needs the odd wildfire.
On the point of the bombing maybe the Vacuum bombs aka Thermobaric bombs could be a solution. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermobaric_weapon
They burn more intensely so could the advancing edge be bombed so what is on fire burns out more quickly so that t can not advance? Although many will be familiar with the Fire triangle, if you can burnt an area at an accelerated rate, the fire can put itself out. As the vacuum bombs are essentially just fuel that suck/use the oxygen in the environment, they could steal the oxygen from the fire. These are also slow exploding bombs as a result but it would be interesting to see how they work on the advancing face of a wildfire. Hard part would be getting the right sized explosion, the Military cant control the size of an explosion that well, but Reaper drones could be used effectively with their laser targeting.
There is no legal requirement in many countries for a company to report it has been hacked and even if there were, if they dont spot the hack how can they report it? See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil, problem solved. Beside with so many global businesses employing the best from around the world, how do these companies know they are not employing spooks with excellent fabricated grades? It might explain how Microsofts Win10 source code their crown jewels, was leaked online.
> that scammers are simply getting hired BY Dell, and then supplementing their hourly wage by trying to con Dell's customers out of hundreds of dollars more.
This, I've bought Dells in the past and one Indian based sales rep charged my payment card for an additional amount, I wonder if they expected me to not spot the extra charge but the card company refunded it. Thing is people deal with call centres so its easier as a criminal to join a large multinational company and operate from within as we assume big companies know what they are doing. Other problem is Intel Vpro/AMT is supplied in a lot of Dell equipment and its switched on by default. Even now, despite it being disabled, its not disabled as its 169992 port is showing up in ipv6 port scans. Intel really have created a hackers paradise with vPro/AMT.
There are lots of factors at play, some are more significant that others in one area of a country than another. Take Brexit, 5th largest economy, if you look at UK car stats (SMMT website) businesses are in recession as far as car manufacturers are concerned. Another factor, the GBP has dropped, this makes investing in London attractive for overseas buyers who may have invested in the US market. Plus as London house prices have dropped this also becomes attractive to overseas buyers. In turn as London property is very expensive, this drags the average's up for the price of property in the rest of the country. These factors will be repeated in many countries around the world, but one thing the US has lots of which counts against the US housing market, is land. The UK is highly populated, England is densely populated, the demand for land in the UK is at a much higher premium than in other parts of the world like Europe or the US. In turn, the UK landowners benefit from this global demand ie stability to park money in UK assets due to the reputation of the UK on the global stage, ie no major revolutions in recent history, one of the oldest legal & financial systems in the world. All this stability to park money in the UK pumps up property prices, so with Trump getting into office, is he lowering your property prices considering his flip flopping around with what he says? I see Trumps election as a desperate attempt to consolidate the US position on the global stage as the rest of the world wants detach itself from the petrodollar. As the dollar declines much of your money has to now be spent on things to help you live instead of just going into property. Be prepared for inflation and hedge accordingly, property prices falling is good for the wider US economy, as high property prices where a great % of income is going on servicing the property is bad for the wider economy. Besides there are more Basel requirements coming in next year and many banks have not got themselves ready for that either.
One other thing, Brexit, 5th largest economy, if the EU doesnt allow the UK to stay in the single market, what sort of effect on the global economy will the UK market crashing out of the EU single market and going into major recession have on the global economy. Brexit in a way has the global economy by the balls and the EU led by Germany will be seen as the bad guys for not budging on their philosophy.
"defining division by zero as zero is OK" And those mathematicians should be classed as wrong. If you treat zero as nothing, a value divided nothing does not make it magically disappear, it should just cancel out the mathematical operation. So 1/0 should be 1, 42/0=42 and so on. Otherwise to apply their logic, a*0=0 would have to be applied. Again if you take a value and multiply it with nothing, it should cancel out the maths operation. It is possible for whole areas of a science to follow down the wrong rabbit whole, medical science best shows this over the last 100-200yrs since scientific equipment has improved and the current thinking about something in the body has changed when new discoveries appear that contradict. Maths is not untouchable either, especially considering the fact Big G and the speed of light varies. Check out Rupert Sheldrakes of Cambridge Uni talks on this subject. The official bodies response was to mandate G and speed of light is now constant when its not.
There appears to be nothing drawing attention to the fact Mt Gox was originally a US football trading card platform which had little of the expected security features seen or required of many financial exchanges, so Mt Gox was a hack waiting to happen. As to whether the Russian was fitted up by others to serve an agenda remains to be seen.
You will find intelligent people are more deviant and he was an intelligent person. In a way, you could say "Pedophilia - The stupid dont get it" and it would be true for a whole host of reasons.
Reverse Psychology, these are phishing attacks where they want to hack you and study your behaviour. Is it any wonder the head of the UK's MI5 Andrew Parker did Behavioural Science at Cambridge Uni?
Knowledge is power and you can not undermine the military in anyway, the military is all about control of the warzone and today you are the enemy combatant, so every asset is deployed against you to control you from the day you were born. If you think this stuff is limited to just hacking computers, consider the fact social engineering is a valid hacking attack vector. Are End User Licence Agreements just massive obvious warrant canaries when considering the legal prose?
Globalists who want the NWO will also exploit legal loopholes in different countries to further their agenda. All perfectly legal as well making them untouchable. Hacking foreign entities is the most obvious example, but it also means global companies can legally engage in corporate espionage to further consolidate their positions. Tax havens and off-shoring profits is another example many many people will be familiar with. Some CEO's are legal moral criminals in a way, but the common theme is clever people have been exploiting stupid since before the time of Christ.
Community version is 30day old or behind the paid version. Problem with alot of IDS/IPS is it needs to see the contents of the packets before it can block, unless it breaks the encryption its not going to work. So its not a panacea but then nothing is, and its hard to tell if this is already provided by AV products with web browser addons. If you take Kaspersky, they are the only AV product which uses CPU virtualisation to scan for malware running in memory on a windows box for their Safe Money web browser facility. CPU virtualisation is one of those areas that can bypass alot of security products, so if you can stack up enough zero days to get into an OS and mod a bios, you can hide for a long time. Single core CPU's also have their uses as well, but you dont see that mentioned much either in the security arena.
Manners is a measure of social conformity, just like countries with populations that are more likely to queue or wait in line, which the UK seems to be good at, but does this also restrict their economic activities on the global stage, or does it make their more civil barbarians when doing business?
And its not restricted to tech, everything can be used for good or bad so invariably everything could have a military application in the right situation. Perhaps a better argument would be, should innovation and creativity be banned to avoid its use in Military applications? Still one thing I learned from a psychology study, is we have longer lasting memories if they were fearful, perhaps its a survival trait of the brain, which probably means we should all smoke pot, get paranoid and then go to school as what we learn will stay fresh in the memory for longer.
I would want to measure dietary Taurine levels in the body for a start. Experiments consuming 3g/day have shown no side effects, but your main source is limited to energy drinks so you have to contend with caffeine, and Taurine does not last long in the body (can start to be expelled in urine within 10mins), much like many of the water soluble chemicals classed as vitamins or minerals. Cooking actually destroys it from organ meats and some scientific studies have shown a link between vegetarianism and a variety of mental health issues including OCD. You wont find any substantial levels of Taurine in vegetables, but you will in raw liver, kidneys and brains.
From my own experience, 3 or 4 Redbulls a day (1g of Taurine per can) can change many repetitive behaviours. Taurine also has many other positive effects on the body like including VO2 max, improving cholesterol profiles, improving bile acid patterns, reducing depression, improving sleep, improving memory, reducing atherosclerosis, reducing fatty liver disease, reversing some types of cataracts, reducing stones especially in women, to name some of the observed scientific improvements to human health. Its probably why its now added to formula milk for babies since the 80's (but at levels lower than breast milk) and has subsequently improved their cognitive abilities.
It seems to emanate a lot from the US. My bro has a patent not tech sector but makes him world leader in his field, and the biggest player in his industry who happened to be based in the US, tried it on with patent infringements. They ended up killing the company in the country affected to avoid paying legal fees. Seems the most extreme forms of Capitalism and perhaps undesirable aspects of capitalism come from the US. However when looking at how the US was formed over the generations, one could argue the country is one built on extremism.
I could argue the technological panopticon is a prison for the enlightened. Likewise how is moral for charity CEO's, politicians or any other head of a hierarchical in structure enterprise moral? Is money even moral? It certain makes the exchange of goods and services easier within a domain, but does the constant need for inflation of the money supply make it simply a ponzi scheme by another name? Perhaps Bitcoins is the 21st digital gold it was designed to be, considering its finite supply on a finite planet, helps to the curb the excess of capitalisation because the markets dont always know best.
Chaff bugs like something from WW2 is a valid technique of obfuscation, provided it doesnt eat into the time and money of the key revenue making activity. Whilst equates, libraries and OOP can reduce the incidence of bugs, perhaps the whole method of coding is flawed from the off? If you can abstract the code enough, you can reduce the incidence of bugs by many factors, but there is only one IDE/language I know of which seriously reduces the incidence of bugs and thats called Clarion by Softvelocity. Its old school (dos) DB orientated but the templates reduce the incidence of bugs but in my experience coders cant get their heads around the abstract nature of the templates. The templates not only give you standardised coding (in any language if someone wants to invest in developing templates for other languages), this means its easy to write programs which can rehash some of the exported app & dct code. In turn every customer/end user can have an identical in function but unique in code and thus hashed EXE to run on their own systems making the exploitation of bugs even harder. I think templates put most programmers off, but its the crown jewels for taking most business systems to the next level.
The facial recognition can be improved automatically by hooking in mobile phone cell tower tracking (cell tower traffic management) in realtime which I believe the police here in the UK also have, then over time the realtime cctv's can also adjust for differences in the camera sensors, like colour hues and white balance, because not everyone is going to follow the same route at the same speed at the same time as everyone else. Its not hard to do if you join up the technology that is also in use, including cash machine usage, shopping payment systems, car park ticket machines, etc etc. Individually, facial recognition on its own has more weaknesses than if its joined up with other tech where users leave a digital footprint.
If you take the new electricity smart meters being rolled out in the UK and elsewhere, over time, it would be possible to work out the devices in use by the amount of electricity that is used and the pattern or profile seen of electrical consumption.
EG, if you saw a small increase in use of electricity at 4am for a about a minute, you could surmise that someone has turned a light on and possibly gone to the toilet. Over time, you will the same or similar amount of electricity used which could then be used to monitor the toilet habits of the individuals in the property. This could be a measure over the years for prostrate problems if its known a male lives in the property, as an example of how the data could be used to hilight medical problems. If you take a washing machine, this might be hot fill or cold fill, but you could watch the consistent increase & decrease of electricity as the washing machine goes through its cycle, finishing up with a spin cycle. Machines are excellent for consistent demand of electricity. In time, you could even work out what cycle or programme has been selected on the washing machine.
When combined with other devices with their own electrical demand patterns, you could work out everything electrical in use, and also identify or predict faulting electrical devices. So the electrical companies could predict wasteful users as well as conservative users if other factors are known like the type of properties, useful or made easy on new build housing estates.
This in turn can also be combined in realtime with police systems taking you closer to the fictional minority report, so police could be on hand to prevent a situation in the home or in the street, which I would hope they would be there to do, rather than just arrive after an event and pick up the pieces as this is also traumatic for them seeing as they are also human beings.
Ideally a bedroom needs to be so dark that if you hold you hand up inches away from in front of your nose, you cant see your hand in any way.
You may also want to consider good ventilation in the room, if CO2 levels get up to around 700ppm which can happen in a few hours of going to bed, you will also wake up feeling less refreshed and groggy. Its why they have CO2 scrubbers in submarines and why people feel more refreshed when camping under canvas.
Sleeping at the back of a large cave doesnt seem so bad now.
I also wonder what effect on the sleep pattern these above affects have in the big picture of sleep?
Best sleep I have had in adulthood was water only fasting for 18days recently. The body seems to know what to do to repair itself, perhaps because ever cell has a copy of our DNA in it. There seems to be some knowledge in this DNA that makes cells know what to be and how to perform its individual cellular role for the bigger picture of being part of a body, a bit like individual humans playing their part in a society.
