Jonathan Haas is a Canadian Biomedical Sciences student living in Orlando, Florida. He currently conducts research under the UCF Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences and volunteers at the Orlando Regional Medical Center. He is an Eagle Scout, and has recently become somewhat of a sailing aficionado. In his free-time, Jonathan likes to participate in fencing, volunteering, and independent research.

Jonathan is quite passionate about a number of topics, but a certain few he holds near and dear to his heart. In particular, he finds the fields of infectious disease and neurology particularly fascinating. For his undergraduate research thesis, he plans to further research the biological basis of movement disorders in adolescents. He hopes his research can help benefit those stricken by such conditions.

While Jonathan has lived in Florida the last few years, he has a particular affinity for the northern states, and hopes to move northeasterly when he pursues his medical education.

Haasy··on Letter to MIT community regarding support of students behind ‘Tidbit’
Except he wasn't a member of the MIT community. He was a Fellow at Harvard University Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics, but not a student or faculty member at MIT.
Haasy··on Underserved kids learning to code ON PAPER need lab.
I find this to be particularly interesting. While I agree, yes, these kids need some form of computers, from what it sounds like, you're choosing to use Mac Mini's. These are pretty high-cost computers, with much cheaper alternatives. Why not use a cheaper alternative?
