Medeaon AMD and OpenAI announce strategic partnership to deploy 6 gigawatts of AMD GPUs

This deal is odd. OpenAI gets AMD chips but also a chance to own a big part of AMD if things go well. It makes AMD look stronger on paper, but it is risky. These kinds of deals can hide problems and make a bubble. It feels more like hype than real long-term value.

Medeaon Bear is now source-available

But he chose not to use the exact wording from the Elastic Search license, which clearly says "third parties." Instead, he wrote his own license, and now it is not clear if I am allowed to self-host. In my opinion that is a bad decision.

What specific security guarantee does this give me that would help when I am building protocols?
