Is there a way to reassign the salted hash from this new account to replace the salted hash in the first account?

In the monthly Who Is Hiring thread and the Who Wants To Be Hired thread, can you sticky at the end of the thread, a list of corporate spammers/scammers that people should block and put into their spam list?

In that way, you make the consequence highly visible, serious, and known in a way that the corporate spammers/scammers want to avoid getting their email addresses and domains being added by hundreds of people onto the email provider spam lists.

Example:
