It's actually Aruze: https://aruzegaming.com/table-games/roll-to-win-craps/
> These 12 cities alone say they will need a total of more than 250,000 new homes built over the next five or 10 years to meet demand from current residents who are inadequately housed and future residents who will move to Metro Vancouver.

Add more input ports than you think anybody could ever want, and I'm in.
A whole lot of Americans don't want that. You can tell by how much more expensive it is to live in walkable city centers than in suburbs.

Not necessarily. If you're an E4 with kids, good luck paying $150k a year for a 3br apartment in walking distance of Facebook's NYC office.
There's more demand than ever before to live in NYC, as evidenced by record high rent prices. Cities don't need to be about offices.
What's the high reward side of that for a typical dev? Do you get a percent of the game sales or something?
And re the "huge margins" the relationship between supply and demand isn't linear. If you have 10% more households than homes, bidding wars will drive prices up way more than 10%.
The same constitution that consistently puts a the party that gets fewer votes into power? If I were to every start a business, that's the last place I'd look for inspiration.
