abailin··on Show HN: TV Explorer. Adding advanced UI to free online TV
This is an amazing product. One of the coolest things about this is that there’s no commercials. Where the commercial time would be on BBC Earth, it’s a loop of animals with soothing music. 10/10 experience

Why not window.history.pushState like https://tvexplorer.live/tv?channel=bbc-earth - that way browser back/forward acts as changing the channel

You should put some axes on the steps/calories burned graphs. The upper left time looks like the updated time, but is the graph time over the past hour, day?
abailin··on Show HN: Furatto, a flat and sleek CSS framework
One thing that will prevent people from switching to this (from Bootstrap, or similar) is the lack of navbar search form. Besides that, very beautiful. The tag edit is a nice addition to most front-end frameworks.

abailin··on Referly (YC S12) Raises $1M To Bring Affiliate Commerce To Everyone
I'm curious as to how Referly is able to link commissions off of Amazon purchases to their users. AFAIK, Amazon doesn't let you do sub-id tracking, only site-wide affiliate tracking (amazon.com/123/?tag=referly-20)

abailin··on So I Made A Mashup, And Then…
For a lot of songs (and most popular new songs), you can download the "instrumental" version and the "acapella" version, the latter being the isolated vocal track. Most mashup-ers use these, as opposed to doing it themselves (which would lead to muddy/mismatched music).
