I always heard it as "petty" bourgeoisie and was a bit confused. Now I get it.
Vegans gave us the Impossible Burger, which I'll eat instead of regular burgers when available. What might anti-car people trigger as a positive?
The author's message would've landed if he demonstrated human authorship. Like this blog post [0] attaching a notebook page or my own [1] video proof.
I really really hope more people take up pen and paper! My last blog post [0] came with proof-of-work attached.
My terminal's "clickity clackity" features [0] are local to the machine so I lose graphical-ness as soon as we remote in somewhere.
That's starting to change a bit with offline replay [1] where the native GUI and TUI work in tandem to unlock some rewind. But there's quite a road ahead and I love seeing others experiment properly. (Terminals are massively underserved.)

So does the typical gamer who's not a nerd like GP. I'm not framing it as an insult, more like a reminder: we infamously ignore the power of brands and sensible defaults chosen for you.
I will "quietly" self-plug Terminal Click [0] because Ghostty and TC have discussed their differences in the past (check out the Media page.)
I'm definitely not ready to do splashes of any kind, because what Ghostty lacks in novelty Terminal Click lacks in polish.
In defense of Paddle (I use them for my own livelihood), they're on the hook for remitting sales taxes to ALL the governments where your customers might reside. They also manage customer disputes, chargebacks, refunds etc. I always redirect support emails to Paddle.net [0] which does the trick 99% of the time.
Stripe or PayPal are nothing like that. They're just payment platforms.
Since Paddle takes on so much liability, it seems reasonable to ask for a lot of initial paperwork from its sellers.
I'll concede an email app doesn't produce that kind of wide-ranging effect on humans.
