No you don't sound paranoid. I build this app for a personal need initially and also due to privacy concerns. I am too busy and unfortunately health conditions of my son required multiple appointments every week since he was born.

I explored alternative such Virtual Assistants (there are many you can google for them) but I wasn't comfortable with having my data shared with another Human and they make the call on my behalf. You can control server, machine to delete data but you can't know what another human is doing with your data no matter what the company does. Also they were very expensive

We collect only what’s necessary to make calls, create tasks, and handle the services you use. No fluff, no unnecessary tracking.

Also, users also have the option to delete history related data quickly at any time (e.g. transcripts, summary, tasks details)

Further, your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and we don’t sell or share it with anyone. Hence, why the service is not free.

Good point about Judicial Warrants, we will implement an autodelete so that if the user didn't delete their data within X days, it gets deleted automatically. Hence, when Warrant comes, we are sorry we don't have the data anymore.

Yes, it can do that very well. It actually will do the conversation for your. For example, if you are asking about something you can tell it to call customer service XX (and provide phone) number and mention what you need. The assistant will navigate the menu, wait, and then talk to the customer service representative

When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist mentioned how the call center had spoken about Elena as if she were human, and we had a good laugh about it! It's been amusing to see how natural the AI sounds in interactions like these.

A combination of Claude and ChatGPT. Each one is used for certain responsibilities

It is able to handle well multiple conversation. Sometimes it surprises with better discussion or questions that I would have asked. However, there of course corner cases. Sometimes, the other side hang up probably thinking it is a spam call.

it quiet a bit interesting, when the assistant make a call to another person who have also an Assindo and both assistants talk to each other. They handle it pretty well !
