thanks, good feedback. You can goto an IOP for any any mental health issue out there but it's almost like "just pick one" because the whole point is to get admitted and be part of the group. That's the killer feature of this whole thing. The 1-1 therapy they also give you trying to solve your official reason why you are there is a little silly IMO. The real reason I'm there is that wisdom of the group thing. It's just amazing how much I thought I would hate group therapy vs how much I love it.

in codex - luna high for 80% of everything. This keeps me within the $100 a month plan. Then every so often Sol 6 high or even Astro xhigh but rarely. Also a lot of chat on xhigh or astro because that's billed seperate so I can have chat do a code review of what luna high just did and paste it to luna. Luna is always so embarrassed and agrees with the review.

I took a crack at why the MCP tools needed but didn't get very far. When I see MCP I think streaming tool to streaming tool and that's why the MCP part is needed but I wonder if it gets over used for things that could just be skills or prompts. Why is MCP even needed here?
