danielmo··on Bitcoin block reward is halving in less than 2 hours
A single bitcoin can be split infinitely -- it's just a matter of adjusting the number of decimal points. Currently, a satoshi amounts to a millionth of a Bitcoin. If a Satoshi becomes more valuable, there may be more decimal points added.
danielmo··on Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto revealed after years of mystery?
Bitcoiners on Reddit are doing a little digging into whether this is really THE Satoshi: http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1zpuer/the_newsweek... Personally, I'm not convinced. Also, there are zero references to how cool model trains are in the Bitcoin source code.
danielmo··on Is Bitcoin the most dangerous open source project ever?
I'm not sure it's 'dangerous,' unless you're seeing through the eyes of a government, credit card company, or financial middle-man. Bitcoin empowers people, and removes companies or governments out of simple value transfers.

It's as though someone has created another Napster, except everyone's a 'node' and music isn't transmitted, 'wealth' is. Bitcoin is only as revolutionary or 'dangerous' as you want it to be.
