diamond559··on OpenAI's GPT-5.2 model cites Grokipedia
My friend, your hero literally seig heiled on stage in front of the world. Do you think you are clever by lying to us? We can also read the white nationalist trash he reposts on "X". Why do you think he wanted a new Wikipedia in the first place. The cat is out of the bag, you are complicit or a fool.
diamond559··on Stochastic Terrorism
People are being shot in the face by masked gangs of brown shirts, while they are on the ground after trying to administer aid, we're beyond "stochastic" terrorism at this point.
diamond559··on OpenAI's GPT-5.2 model cites Grokipedia
Don't worry, its "safety" features will shield all corporate liability while your kids are indoctrinated by 4chan written "history" regurgitated to you through Microsoft brand "AI"!
diamond559··on Letting Claude play text adventures
Great, we can burn acres of dead forests so that my computer can play ddos games. What an exciting future!
diamond559··on Tell HN: Claude helped me maintain my old open source project
Does anybody care? No? Nobody cares what the paid shill has to say, ok moving on...
diamond559··on Ask HN: Do you have any evidence that agentic coding works?
No, it's clear that we are being lied to, you are not crazy. One of the only uses for these llms ironically is to create fake astroturf bots just believable enough to trick the masses who don't understand the technology. It works sometimes, but as you know sometimes is not good enough for most code that people actually need to you know, work.
diamond559··on Roam 50GB is now Roam 100GB
Guy is literally mask of white supremacist, why are you supporting this buddy? But yeah, the people that think his robot legions will solve world poverty and bring "sustainable abundance" for all are the sane ration thinking ones.
diamond559··on Palantir Crashes Out in Response to GN [video]
Their stock chart is a precarious peak based on the hope of endless taxpayer bailouts.
diamond559··on US oil giant ExxonMobil says Venezuela is 'uninvestable'
Make America great again, by capturing others' resources eh? Very "patriotic" of you!
diamond559··on Are Tesla Gigafactory Berlin's days numbered?
It's worse than that, foreign interests and domestic fascists are pumping the stock to create the cult around this far right Yahtzee for obvious political reasons.
diamond559··on Are Tesla Gigafactory Berlin's days numbered?
See how they just downvote w/o saying anything to counter... They know and so does everyone else.
diamond559··on My article on why AI is great (or terrible) or how to use it
Did the CNC lathe decide where to make the cuts based on patterns from real artists it was trained on to regurgitate a bland copy of real artists work?
diamond559··on Are Tesla Gigafactory Berlin's days numbered?
His customers aren't you or me buying cars anymore, it's fascists and foreign interests that are pumping his stock up past fundamentals. Oh and the deluded cultists that think handing him their life savings will literally bring world peace and end poverty.
diamond559··on Hyundai Introduces Its Next-Gen Atlas Robot at CES 2026 [video]
Yeah and it has to be more cost efficient too, these things take multiple car batteries that have to be recharged more than daily. None of this makes any sense, it's just fantasy land for tech bros.
diamond559··on Hyundai Introduces Its Next-Gen Atlas Robot at CES 2026 [video]
So let me get this straight, you think they'll have one robot that what, flies around to each job site and does each different job? This makes 0 sense, you are not thinking like an engineer. What you are dreaming of is fantasy land, again, wake up you are delusional.
diamond559··on Hyundai Introduces Its Next-Gen Atlas Robot at CES 2026 [video]
Does the robot need to eat its robot lunch in the breakroom and share some robot memes w/ its robot bros? We already have robotics in factories, when they are more efficient than humans the factories are retrofitted or rebuilt around the new machines.
diamond559··on Hyundai Introduces Its Next-Gen Atlas Robot at CES 2026 [video]
Why does Hyundai need "general purpose" bots, do they want to create a robot civilization? They don't need a robot to "do everything", they need robots to efficiently make cars. What do you even mean "do everything? Does it need to take the bus home and make love to its robot wife, walk its robot dog around the block? It doesn't need legs, you have drunk the koolaid, snap out of it. AGI isn't around the corner and your fantasy robot world isn't real.
diamond559··on Hyundai Introduces Its Next-Gen Atlas Robot at CES 2026 [video]
Why does it needs bipedal legs on a flat factory floor, does it need them to walk up the bus steps it takes to get to it's second story walk up apartment where it lives w/ its robot family?
diamond559··on "Microslop" trends on social media
Useful in some limited circumstances, the only "value" they produce is pumping the bubble stock prices higher for now.
diamond559··on AI sycophancy panic
If you still unironically call llm's "AI" then you have no right calling out the obvious sycophancy of your product bro. He also ignores the real sycophancy in llm's reinforcing mental illness/delusions and focuses on semantic choices of the outputs. This post is drivel.
diamond559··on History LLMs: Models trained exclusively on pre-1913 texts
Research credits from lambda "ai" huh, where's your funding coming from this again? All to provide inaccurate slop to unwitting students, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
diamond559··on History LLMs: Models trained exclusively on pre-1913 texts
Yet your project relies on letting an llm synthesize historical documents and presenting itself as some sort of expert from the time? You are aware of the hallucination rates surely but don't care whether the information your university presents is accurate or are you going to monitor all output from your llm?
diamond559··on History LLMs: Models trained exclusively on pre-1913 texts
Yeah, whenever we figure out time travel that will be really cool. In the meantime we have autocorrect trained on internet facts and modern textbooks that can never truly understand anything let alone what is was like to live hundreds of years ago.
diamond559··on LLM Year in Review
These tools are so useful and make you so much more "productive" that you don't think anyone else would want to pay anything for them huh? Did your boss at least give you a big raise for your "productivity" increase, or maybe lay off some of your underperforming coworkers bc you are just so much better now?
diamond559··on AI is wiping out entry-level tech jobs, leaving graduates stranded
Youth unemployment is up and among new hires in general bc of the uncertain and deteriorating business conditions.
diamond559··on The AI wildfire is coming. it's going to be painful and healthy
Are these "million people" in the room with you now? Or are they just the bot and shill accounts you're reading on "X"?
diamond559··on The AI wildfire is coming. it's going to be painful and healthy
Just took them a few 26 years to touch their peak dot com bubble stock price again.
diamond559··on Using LLMs at Oxide
If the goal is to document the code and it gets sidetracked and focuses on only certain parts it failed the test. It just further proves llm's are incapable of grasping meaning and context.
diamond559··on SpaceX in Talks for Share Sale That Would Boost Valuation to $800B
Whenever somebody uses the term 'hater', you know they are just an 'investor' in overvalued bubble stocks.
diamond559··on SpaceX in Talks for Share Sale That Would Boost Valuation to $800B
It's not making money though, it's being propped up by fascist governments and VC's. It's laggy, more expensive internet that goes out w/ every solar flare, nobody I know even would think about using it for daily use and don't even lie to me and say you have a "friend" who loves it or that same old bs.
