"As with Windows 8.1, Windows 10 won't automatically download updates or apps if it detects that your PC is using a metered connection. Similarly, Delivery Optimization won’t automatically download or send parts of updates or apps to other PCs on the Internet if it detects that you're using a metered connection."
They are considered the 3rd most powerful military.
What is the risk?
Most of them seem to have the same two chips in them, RTL2832U and R820T. Does anyone see an issue with this item I linked to? Some people were mentioning quality issues with generics.
I'm not saying that it's any worse than any other sites, but LinkedIn has always felt like a shady company, like they're not on the users side.
I was really hoping that the Google+ reboot would fulfill the niche market that LinkedIn dominates, but it did not.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjZ6NNLCdio has ads in the right sidebar (one of the newly uploaded videos).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JC82Il2cjqA does not have ads.
Any other car company would save software updates for the latest years model and tell users that they have to purchase a new vehicle to receive the updates.
Great precedent Tesla, thank you, and I hope other car companies follow your lead.
They estimated they could build a test reactor within one year (by October 2015) and the prototype within 5 years.

Lasers have been used for 50+ years in the intelligence community to eavesdrop on voice conversations.
Basically just read everything on Wikipedia about DARPA, NASA, CIA satellites, the NRO, the Apollo missions, Sputnik, Voyager 1 / 2, the Curiosity rovers, KH-9, KH-11, Hubble, etc. then come back and criticize NASA if you still think that they are not doing their job properly.
You have the answers to all of these questions and more at your fingertips via Google.
NASA has another Curiosity rover, but the cost/benefit of sending it to Mars isn't worth it in their expert opinions.
Hardware has to be radiation hardened and redundant.
Bandwidth is so low because it has to send radio waves 500 million miles, and that's not an exaggerated number.

Edit: The Deep Space Network is currently down, might be aliens, good luck everybody.
The NSA will certainly contribute tools and expertise when needed to any US government agency/department.
The DHS tool "Einstein" is an intrusion detection system that detected the breach.
CIA records are assumed to not be held by the OPM, for the reason that they are the ones that are most sensitive if stolen.
Does anyone know any other documentaries about this topic? It's a fascinating event to study.
USCYBERCOM is responsible for dot-mil, with the help of the NSA.
Streamers will make sacrifices for their audience. If the technology isn't available to stream VR well then they won't do it.
What would be really cool is a game that supports streaming to YouTube 360, where it records a view similar to what the Jump camera rig does in real life.
Google ranks the URL words too high it looks like.
Why is this BBC page not in the top 10 results? Is it solely because of the page URL? It has more backlinks and a more trusted domain. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sn/tvradio/programmes/horizon/dino_prog...
This says that the original page has over 17 million backlinks, but that can't be correct: https://ahrefs.com/site-explorer/overview/subdomains?target=...
And it participates in social media a lot: http://www.reddit.com/domain/answersingenesis.org
Should Google decrease the "worth" of that domain? If there is content that has a high SEO rating but is factually incorrect, does that deserve to be lower on the search results listing?
Should Google display different cards based on the user? Someone which Google determines is highly religious verses not religious would get different cards?
Update: Oh no, something needs to be done, this site is disgusting: https://answersingenesis.org/evidence-against-evolution/bill...
Sometimes I want to swipe a card because I've already read that article, sometimes I want to swipe it because I have no interest in seeing that article/specific webpage.
We need filters for Google Now, excluding some sites, having favorite sites. I'd love to get ycombinator news through Google Now and have it learn which stories interest me the most.
The F35 has some signature green lights that really stand out at night (I assume they'll be turned off during combat): http://www.edwards.af.mil/shared/media/photodb/photos/2013/0...
Here is a picture of 2 F35s being refueled at the same time: http://breakingdefense.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2013/0...

It's all stock images either way, nothing I saw even mentioned what kind of jets were deployed.
There should be more regulation on the jobs market. It's a data-mining goldmine and fake job postings aren't illegal as far as I'm aware of.

WorkDigitalGo to Settings -> Manage Search Engines -> Other Search Engines then enter the following 3 fields:
"Google Search Shortcut" "g" "{google:baseURL}search?q=%s"
Now you can just type in "s " (the s key followed by a space) and it will search whatever else you put in there.
I don't actually use this much, but it's there if needed.
And it looks like Google has removed the user homepage URLs from all Google+ pages while they get it fixed.
