This is real.
donbox··on AI promised less work. I've never worked more
But but but... organizing.. be it in form of democractic/market processes (non-violent or otherwise) can act as a speed breaker.
donbox··on Xbox Turns Down Netflix $500M Offer
Oh my gosh, someone reboot the Stargate please - in any form.
donbox··on Xbox Turns Down Netflix $500M Offer
Not trusting in Netflix at the moment to deliver (though I own some stock). Fallout, which Amazon exexuted, was on par with Andor ( a Disney series) in my book. Case by case deals make sense to me.
donbox··on Xbox Turns Down Netflix $500M Offer
Could you drill down? Please.

donbox··on Real-time feedback: My closing move in every interview
I can surely discuss my recent projects, but the favourite one was from almost 18 years ago, i would be hard pressed on the details.
donbox··on Japan moves to tighten rules for foreigners
Agree, those in public facing roles are hated the most.
donbox··on Japan moves to tighten rules for foreigners
For Dubai specifically, there is a mix of foreigners, a large percentage being labourers from South Asia. The orderliness we see, I think is largely due to strict* and harsh laws.
donbox··on Plan mode is dead
For me its like a dry-run.
donbox··on The senior engineer death spiral
Absolutely agree, I had my manager play it for me in my first company. And since I did not learn how to play it effectively or the importance of it, I think I suffered/suffering in my subsequent job(s).
donbox··on Everybody's Lost Their Minds
Its on the front page, there is some value.
donbox··on Canada welcomes EU proposal to become 'associate member'
IMHO, it would be a win even if it allowed movement between Canada and the EU as freely as Canadians and Americans can currently move between Canada and the US. That would give Canadian snowbirds easier (longer) access to warm EU destinations, while those destinations would benefit from the additional revenue.
donbox··on Canada welcomes EU proposal to become 'associate member'
When did you last visit Ontario. How was it compared to your first visit (pre-web so I am assuming a few decades ago).
donbox··on Canada welcomes EU proposal to become 'associate member'
Curious if you would like to share more.
donbox··on Canada welcomes EU proposal to become 'associate member'
The free movement (if it is in picture) might be restricted to citizens. I think we need to wait for more details.
donbox··on Canada welcomes EU proposal to become 'associate member'
Care to explain how Asia comes into picture. Please.
donbox··on EU chief opens door for Canada to become 'associate member'
Curious, What makes ( or would make) this constitutional. I guess, we need to wait for the details.
donbox··on EU chief opens door for Canada to become 'associate member'
I am assuming you are somewhere in Europe and given your apparent dislike for Indians, let's look at an alternative narrative. As a Canadian of East Indian origin, I can tell you that if these individuals are Canadian citizens, they are very unlikely to leave Canada for Europe. If they are not Canadian citizens, the point is moot anyway. In fact, I would expect more European citizens of South Asian origin to move to Canada, where English is spoken, integration is generally easier and salaries are far higher. So, breathe easy.

The elected representatives can decide? I mean their Parliament.
donbox··on I can't stop thinking about Papua New Guinea
Divide and rule, they say.
