But no other company is selling the promise of an autopilot car. For example, Audi is expected to launch renewed Audi A8 this year with Level 3 autonomous driving but it's called "Traffic Jam Pilot". Level 2 was called "Traffic Jam Assist".

edvinasbartkus··on Show HN: Bdash – A simple business intelligence application
Maybe bdash is more advanced with drawing graphs. In our small start-up, we love using blazer: https://github.com/ankane/blazer. Everyone can write queries, we can share it with each other, it has cashing layer for fast results, it provides basic charts, it even has maps representation. Thumbs for the team at Instacart for this OSS product.
edvinasbartkus··on A Beginner's Guide to Scaling to 11M+ Users on Amazon's AWS
It would be cool if they would show the range of costs ($$$) for each step of growth. My fear is that if you do everything by the book the costs correlate with growth.
edvinasbartkus··on AirBnB is now available in Cuba
There was Brian's (CEO) tweet in December reacting to White House news. It took three months and they made it happen.

edvinasbartkus··on Latest Ebola Statistics
Looks like Startup Growth
edvinasbartkus··on Top Ten Percent
Top ten is not the target. Top ten can mean that we are number one or in top 1%. The reason why top ten can be used in discussion is that to compare top ten companies with each other is really difficult. I guess, all top ten companies have their target to be number one. But when each tries to be better than other you can't say who is the number one then.

As the author of the saying I did not intend to say that it is enough to be just in top ten. Just when one milestone is completed then let's go for another one.

edvinasbartkus··on Mozilla-Knight's Beyond Comment Threads Challenge
I am working on a project Comment Reader. It's a tool to follow updates on comments through different sites or singles pages.

In my view the biggest value it would have that you can track comments from sharing portals like reddit,HN and others.

Idea came by other person who don't want to subscribe email updates after leaving comment in some regular site but want to know if there are replies.

I have told about it to several people but they weren't that much excited. As it's almost ready for launch I will make it public.

If you have idea how smartly it can help someone, please let's talk :) http://comreapp.com/
