I hate it when companies declare victory when there is still a fire around them.
I'm a bird in hand guy when it comes to equity at the fast-growing private companies I tend to be attracted to. I'm almost certain I'd feel differently if I had a larger stake or founder-level attachment to what was being built.
Healthcare in America is terminally ill. In it's current form, commercial insurance, like Aetna in this article, are rewarded for pumping up the total cost of care as big as possible while keeping their members just healthy enough to dump off at the doorstep of medicaid when they're old enough to qualify for it.
I called security and let them know what happened anyway. My office was invaded in about 15 minutes by 3 security folks and a Microsoft investigator. The best part was how big my coworkers eyes would get when they walked by my office and saw me surrounded by security being questioned. That afternoon the investigator followed up and asked if I was still doing ok and let me know the person was calling in from I think Kansas or some other place half way across the country. I told him I didn't feel like it was really a credible threat and that was the last I heard about the whole thing from security.

You should have some full-stack experience, but you've narrowed your focus a little bit towards the top of the stack. You should be familiar with the frameworks that bring structure and organization to applications (backbone.js, angularjs, ember, etc). You'll be using our Rails apps for your data needs so you should have familiarity with Rails.

"When you go too far up, abstraction-wise, you run out of oxygen. Sometimes smart thinkers just don't know when to stop, and they create these absurd, all-encompassing, high-level pictures of the universe that are all good and fine, but don't actually mean anything at all."

I think about myth #1 when this subject comes up - "Part of the issue is that I’m underpaid a little; a bigger part of the issue is the other guy is overpaid a lot."
