Having fun dying from snake bites and cholera currently.

I have used and like both Termux ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.termux ) and UserLAnd ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tech.ula ). A while back Termux moved to only providing updates through Fdroid. The technical reasons they provided, I assumed, would effect all similar apps. But recently, UserLAnd started getting new updates. What is UserLAnd doing differently or better that is allowing it to still work and be updated via the Play Store.

Seems pretty good. Android runs on the Linux kernel, but is missing the GNU/Linux userland. This app gives you that.

This is easier to use than Termux or any of the others. Looks nice.

That is what I mean. It looks like these things are facts and combined it doesn't look good.

I checked out the provided links. It is weird. Even if it were a wrong conclusion, it seems fishy.

I feel like the PIA guy is providing a lot of sources for his position. I feel like the counter arguments aren't providing anything, but words.
