I know I have posted this on HN before, but the guidelines also said that “a major overhaul is probably ok”, so here it is, there’s much more features Than before and the list/table/grid layout outputs has been optimised and looks prettier and neater. You can also search by topic, date-range, spoken language, and even basic github authentication. Feature requests and PRs welcome as always :)

Deeply inspired by the github-trending-api (https://github.com/huchenme/github-trending-api) which in JavaScript, so this library is solely for python

I saw the issue you opened, thanks

What do you mean deduplicate the forks?

Thanks, I will consider that

I did try to find one but I don't think I could get a better one other than fork and knife, so I kept it that way. If there are better emojis please let me know

Hey guys, I made StarCLI a month ago, and I hope GitHub repo hunters that lives in the terminal can find this useful.

Sorry, I was rushing and did not take the time to read the rules. I am new to hacker news so I’m not very used to being here. I’m really sorry for my actions and I guarantee that It won’t happen again. How do I delete the post?

nope, but the topic is currently debated almost everywhere on the internet... and has been for years. just wanted to see how people thought about the rename. thanks

Hi, I love this project! Just a suggestion, how about GitHub Actions Creator or GitHub actions CLI? :)

Thanks ;)
