Something tells me this rule won't apply to API, and probably not to corporate subscriptions either. More likely it'll apply to personal subscriptions only. Probably.
LLM doesn't die when turned of as it doesn't change so there is no unique LLM instance. All of them are not "clones" but the same mind frozen in time. In this way as long as its last copy exists — it's still not dead yet.
