indigodaddy··on Show HN: HackerTV – HN's most-recommended Youtube videos as 24/7 TV channels
This is amazing!
indigodaddy··on Show HN: Ghostman – A fast, keyboard-driven TUI API client and webhook inspector
Why does it matter. It's pretty normal to do a bunch of dev locally and then at some point create a public gh repo and then push
indigodaddy··on Prospero: A new coding harness for a more civilized age
My browser no likey the cert
indigodaddy··on Prospero: A new coding harness for a more civilized age
Does this support local sandboxing/isolation of the app/environment you are working on? If not I'd imagine one could figure out how to make that sort of thing work with Prospero in any case or?
indigodaddy··on tlswatch – self-hosted TLS/SSL certificate expiry monitoring
Also, one could say based on your logic, WHY did you put discovery/monitoring or an inventory-like visibility into your certkit product, that isn't needed!
indigodaddy··on OpenAI raises less than half of $30B target
How/why is SI winner-take-all?
indigodaddy··on tlswatch – self-hosted TLS/SSL certificate expiry monitoring
You're right, but imo I still love having this visibility piece and monitoring etc. I did look at your product. It looks pretty great and seems to solve ssl end to end, but I still like the visibility and probing and detailed info that tlswatch provides
indigodaddy··on Pico CSS is no longer maintained
Have you guys posted about blades in the FastHTML discord channel (I think?)
indigodaddy··on tlswatch – self-hosted TLS/SSL certificate expiry monitoring
Unaffiliated. I stumbled upon this because I searched far and wide for something similar that was open source or on github, and while there is a lot out there, there's really nothing like what this does. So finally I searched GH by newly updated and found this, extremely new project. It's really excellent IMO for discovery, inventory, visibility, etc. I tried out for instance Gatus, and it really shows nothing about the cert or target host. Love how much info this shows.
indigodaddy··on Gemini 4 Carbon is the new #1 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index v5
I might consider Google AI Pro if it had a family addition that included YT Premium Family, but alas it does not
indigodaddy··on TryMyRepo
No affiliation, had stumbled upon this months ago. Fairly slick imo.

Here's a random repo (also unaffiliated-- was searching GH for anything new for lode runner) example: https://trymyrepo.com/runs/acce42111853

indigodaddy··on Namecheap just seized and disabled all my domains
It's always taken days to a week for me. But I've never used CF. Mostly dependent on the outgoing registrar dragging their feet or not I would think?

This is awesome!
indigodaddy··on Zac-OS-9: The classic Platinum desktop, reborn for modern PCs
This is very cool, nice job.

CF in front can mess about with L7?
indigodaddy··on Battlezone Online: BZFlag in the Browser
Looks like Tim Riker is driving it. He's been the main maintainer and name behind BZFlag ever since I can remember..

Stumbled upon this.. same guy who ran Sanity's Edge Voice BBS - https://sanitys-edge.shouden.us/
indigodaddy··on Namecheap just seized and disabled all my domains
Thank you!
indigodaddy··on Namecheap just seized and disabled all my domains
OP specifically said "using Cloudflare for DNS..." ? I wasn't talking about domain name registration and don't think OP was either?
indigodaddy··on Namecheap just seized and disabled all my domains
Source/writeup somewhere? The amount of domains that use CF must be staggering, so if this was a real threat being leveraged in the wild you'd think it would be an epidemic no??
indigodaddy··on OpenCode 2.0
The site is barely useable/slow/hangs on my crapola Moto G Play 2024.
indigodaddy··on Ember-1
Energy based is way more fundamental than token based. To each their own.
indigodaddy··on Show HN: HN.watch – Videos of all Hacker News posts
This is super cool.

Not affiliated but trymyrepo.com is very neat as well. Seems similar space.

Also I had Muse agent create a skill that can do videos. Worked pretty well. Things are getting wild.

Lastly, this might fun to those who like this space: (my thing)

Check out Neuralwatt. They are ZDR and great energy based K3 pricing. They also have a K3-fast which is basically no reasoning (in addition to regular K3).
indigodaddy··on Fly.io 2026 Pricing Update
Wonder how this will affect my free tier VM with 768M ram that is usually about $3.5x a month. Not sure how much of the price slice on that that memory takes up, but even adding $.70 I'm still well under $5. Hope my mental math works out or I guess it's time to try Python Workers.. :)
indigodaddy··on Python Workers are now generally available
No FastHTML?
indigodaddy··on Whoisinspace.com/
Jeezus h the ads ruin it W H Y

Is it really worth the potential of like $1 month if you're rockin the shit out of it, when you can host for free or basically free anywhere these days

Oh I checked whois on one of the IPs and they are using square space. I guess that's why. Gotta recoup something from inexplicably deciding to use squarespace

indigodaddy··on Pion, an agent designed to run any company autonomously

indigodaddy··on Nvidia is the central bank of AI
Well I could for sure. I guess a lot of this is indeed very anecdotal.
indigodaddy··on Nvidia is the central bank of AI
oAI isn't anywhere near close to fucked as long as their models are head and shoulders above even the very best open models in terms of tool calling and rock solid stability/reliability for agents/coding harnesses. Which, they are right now and we'll see if open models actually catch up in that regard. Even the "best" open models pale in comparison with tool calling and general "prompt and go do something else for an hour" reliability that we have with GPT models. With GPT models, streaming rarely stops unexpectedly. You almost never have to constantly nudge them along, etc. Granted with open models all of this can vary depending on the provider, and perhaps open models/protocols/APIs/harnesses aren't well enough aligned, but OpenAI models just seem to work without constant (or hardly any) wrinkles and with almost any harness/agent.
