I have another one. They are removing variables from the environment. Any unfixed object in a high position can potentially lead to a fall if they try to walk over it. It could also alert prey/predators if it falls at the wrong time. Better to get rid of it now and be sure it won't cause problems later.
If you averaged the before and after examples (allowing that the "average" of colours is a complicated subject in itself), they would probably be pretty good.
This will really help fill the gaps, and I'll probably recommend it to people doing the regular pushup challenge for warmups and healthier workouts.
There are other factors. I make a loss on renting this property, which has to be reported for tax reasons. If I was charging below market rates it could raise flags. Because my mum also receives an allowance as full time carer for my aunt, it additionally allows them to also claim a bit in rent assistance.
This felt a bit off at first but I have confirmed it's all above board. Better than paying off someone else's mortgage. Most importantly, a few years ago my mum was homeless and my aunt had nobody willing to care for her. This way they have a secure roof over their heads so I have no regrets.
Then there's my brothers who have moved in rent-free while they get back on their feet after a rough patch. It's tough for a lot of people out there, so we have to do what works.
I have heard people claim that if you don't purge it doesn't count. It's the first thing they ask about another person's experience. That always felt a bit like Stockholm syndrome to me.
So the technique is to inhale at whatever pace feels comfortable, counting if that helps, and then exhale a little longer. It soon becomes natural enough that no counting is necessary and you can think about whatever pleasant associations work.
Recently a coworker was struggling to change some personal details online and got stuck in a loop of no access due to multi-factor authentication. The phone helpdesk kept directing them back to the site to get stuck again. The solution? In this case the app's lack of support was a blessing. Personal details could be easily changed there because the app hadn't implemented multi-factor authentication.
Fortunately the largest feral pigs I ever ran into were a litter and a small sow that preferred to scatter than stand their ground.
I'm mostly joking, but the more I imagine it the more I want one for my PEV helmet.
