jss326··on Google Earth 3D Models Now Available as Open Standard (GlTF)
The demo looks very good, great quality at street level. Is this just based off of pictures, or does it use LiDAR as well?

Im really happy with this, trying to implement this now for the startup Im working at. Unfortunately, the URIs in the request don't seem to follow the OGC (https://portal.ogc.org/files/102132 - When the URI is relative, its base is always relative to the referring tileset JSON file.) jss326··on Prioritization as a Superpower
How would I train myself to prioritize better? I tend to do the most fun things of my to-do list, or choose tasks that are urgent in the short term.
jss326··on Ask HN: Those who quit their jobs without anything planned. How did it go?
I quit my post-doc 6 weeks ago. Was really burned out and had postponed the decision for months already. However, I could never motivate myself to look in to other jobs. In the end, I quit without anything else planned. Only then I could notice how bad that job had made me feel. Now I am working on a small startup idea. If this doesn't work out, I'll try something else. I'm working from a cheap co-working space, and it is great so far. Have more time for my kids as well. Don't regret it at all.
