kdmedevon Launch HN: Fuzzbuzz (YC W19) – Fuzzing as a Service

Can this be done in Rust?

Just use Opera or Brave right?

Aren't those browsers just chromium reskinned and customized

kdmedevon Ask HN: How does a tech person work well in a fire-all-developers style company?

I'll leave the company and will stop using any product or service owned by Idera. But I don't think you would do that given your situation.

If I were you I would find out who the key decision makers are of the company. What they are like and how they do things. Befriend them and lobby hard. Not thank it would do much if you are not already well connected. God pointy-headed bosses are worst.

Anyway, thanks for the heads up. Not that its going to affect me much as I use CircleCI and not TravisCI.

kdmedevon Ask HN: What VPN service are you currently using?

Thanks for introducing me to IVPN. Seems like a good VPN, uses WireGuard.

Can you elaborate on the problem with the relationship between Tesonet, NordVPN and ProtonVPN. Also does your problem with ProtonVPN extend to protonmail? Should I be considering switching to a new email?

Its for reading in the dark. Less stressful for the eyes

kdmedevon China wants to put a solar farm in space by 2025

Finally, somebody decided to make solar collectors in space. Been waiting for it since it was discussed in Isaac Arthur.

kdmedevon Amazon Got What It Deserved–And So Did New York

Tax government subsidies at 100% percent? That is absurd and I doubt that is constitutional. Or is it? Can US politicians do this? Its stupid, might as well not give any subsidies at all.

kdmedevon Ask HN: What is a notetaking app? What is its utility?

slow and bloated as hell

kdmedevon Ask HN: Which Linux distribution do you use?

Archlinux but I want to switch to Void Linux. Tried it a last year and it was awesome but the packages are too few for my licking. Giving it a couple more years before going back again

kdmedevon Show HN: Huffgram helps you memorize data

Would be much better if the text it generate is grammatically correct. My OCD is killing me.

kdmedevon [dead]

So essentially you are asking people to work for free. Why should they spend their time and effort on working on your idea? You got to make people believe that you are going to make it and their investment will not go to waste.

You are not doing yourself a favor by being stingy on the details. You say you are a founder but of what kind of startup? What are you building? Are you making any profit?

Most importantly, do you really need employees right now? They are expensive and make things complicate. Outsource when possible and hire a VA

kdmedevon Philippines tops world internet usage index with an average 10 hours a day

I can say I am one of the people that made this "achievement" possible. I spend most of my day starting at a monitor.

Kidding aside, I would not put much trust on an online statistic. Specially since they did not even have the decency to tell us where and how they got that info

kdmedevon Japan to hack its citizens’ routers and webcams in name of cybersecurity

Government right now are starting to become orwellian.
