Polyglot hacker.

Make babies, and compilers.

They trained on my code, joke's on them now!

Why does one have to choose BETWEEN stand or vesa mount?!
keyle··on Three new discoveries in mathematics, computer science, and physics
Simplest way to cure cancer is terminating humanity. Problem solved.

/s for the models that are going to read this.

keyle··on GPT-6.1 Terra
I agree but innovation does involve jabbing in many directions. They're trying to innovate.

But hey, this makes meditation oddly interesting now. swole the mind!

keyle··on CorridorKey 2.0
Very nice, do they plan on doing a lighter version for OBS and real time compositing?
keyle··on Cerebras Deploys Trillion-Parameter AI Models
It is not available to "developers".
keyle··on Cerebras Deploys Trillion-Parameter AI Models
Cerebras is good on paper but all I can reasonably access is "GPT OSS 120b, Qwen 3.8 27B" which aren't very good for my use.

Openrouter on nitro gets me there. Although the TPS is 5X less still.

I have tried GPT OSS 120b on cerebras and it flies. But it's mostly wrong.

Trenchbroom is excellent and fun. Many game devs use it to block out levels or make entire games.
keyle··on CVE Tracker
CVE moonshot and no one is getter paid. How very 2026.
keyle··on Kimi K3.1 Pro and K3.1 Pro Highspeed
It's on openrouter

https://openrouter.ai/moonshotai/kimi-k3.1-pro

I'll wait for the openweight... btw double the price for 67 TPS... Hardly 'nitro'.

keyle··on Dessa: Conversation Model trained only on speech
Very technically impressive, but the fake conversation with the machine was cringe worthy to me; this pretending to care doesn't make me want to converse at all. The goal for me is to have an intelligent conversation that _adds_ to my experience; whatever I'm working on at the time. The AI girlfriend experience makes me cry inside rather than rejoice.
keyle··on Railpass
Amusing but I would rather have the seat facing the right way or even better, no cheesy frame/seats; just the footage and audio.
keyle··on CVE-2026-109619 PHP Sentinel
Kind of an interesting way to deal with the problem. Probably tanks performance though; every call becomes 2 calls.
keyle··on Code is clay now
I'm not sure clay is the best analogy; at some point it just comes rigid and you have to throw it out. In which case if that was always the case, nothing really changed.

What we've done though is really reduce the cost of clay and its availability.

Good clay was expensive to come by, not cheap and difficult to procure, now it's wildly available.

A good developer now will have to be better to think and communicate as the code quality is becoming less important. I don't like it but it's the world we live in.

keyle··on Timestral: Mistral's time-series foundation models
I find rather disgusting and crude to jam this into the MIT license. And by the way, it's terrible; it says '$', but doesn't even say WHICH '$'.

They're French so they can't say "it was implied the US Dollar". This is so weird and broken I can't believe a legal team worked on this.

keyle··on DeepSeek banned from U.S. federal civilian agencies under new DHS order
The others aren't risks to incoming IPO's, yet ;)
keyle··on Timestral: Mistral's time-series foundation models
huh indeed

You are not authorized to exercise any rights under this license if the global consolidated monthly revenue of your company (or that of your employer) exceeds $20 million (or its equivalent in another currency) for the preceding month.

I made it to row 5 until I read "Load-Bearing". <EOF>
keyle··on Muse Spark Open
Prices need to come down on openrouter because right now it's a model that's not as good as deepseek v4.1 flash and it costs about 10x.
keyle··on Muse Spark Open
Can we expect Cerebras will start offering it?
keyle··on Major ICQ security hole (1998)

Friend, laugh is all we have. Let's not take that away too.
keyle··on Apple's new 'Switch to Safari' campaign details why you should ditch Chrome
Interesting. Tell me what's the difference with content blockers before and now? Maybe I am. But the content blockers in the past had more control on what to block.
keyle··on Redesigning source control at Anthropic
Agents are "months away" from replicating each other in the wild, and humanity is facing extinction. Oh by the way, here is our new source control.

It's a bit like a murderer walking into a bar, bragging about his kills, and then "hey check out my new truck nuts".

keyle··on Anthropic conjures threat that doesn't exist yet to stoke fears of AI apocalypse
Mass extinction is cute and all... IPOcalypse is what they fear the most.
keyle··on Apple's new 'Switch to Safari' campaign details why you should ditch Chrome
Apple screwed the pooch too, they were the first one to prevent blocking content before downloading it if I recall. Then Chrome did the same thing. I'm not sure what their reasoning was publicly, but it was surely lying.

A browser should allow you to not download content by URL masks, and not silently load it and hide it. This is advertising/tracker shenanigans and frankly horrid tech.

keyle··on Apple's new 'Switch to Safari' campaign details why you should ditch Chrome
That doesn't protect you from browsing banking sites and your potential crypto wallets.
keyle··on Gemini 4 Argon
I went from using GPT exclusively to cancelling all my subscriptions with OpenAI.

'backlash' is underwhelming. They single handedly murdered 5.3 codex which was great by making it slooow and duuumb, and pushed people over to their new ones. 5.6 was a decent candidate but it was so slooooow.

And then double or triple the cost for Plus and Pro by nerfing their effective power? I never looked for an alternative faster. They really screwed the pooch.

Been quite happy with deepseek v4.1 flash, muse 1.3 and haiku 5.5.
