krzyk··on Claude Code regularly sends each background agent’s transcript to its model
Our company doesn't integrate API at all. And we have claude code (obviously with API rates).
krzyk··on Claude Code regularly sends each background agent’s transcript to its model
There is no such thing as enteprise sub. You get API pricing, you can use whatever tool that uses http/https.
krzyk··on Claude Code regularly sends each background agent’s transcript to its model
Most claude code users, minority can still use subscriptions.
krzyk··on Claude Code regularly sends each background agent’s transcript to its model
All the programmers that work in companies with > 150 employees are forced into API pricing.

You could decide where most work.

krzyk··on GPT-6.1 Terra
Nitpicking, but I had to chekc if they introduced it - there is no Luna 6.1, there is Luna 6.
krzyk··on Steal My Bitcoin CTF PoC
Why? He clearly explained it, rules prohibited resource exhaustion literally, which is funny because it prohibited to do the exploit it was asked.
krzyk··on Iron Age salt-mining complex found beneath Hallstatt in Austria
It was also quite long operating, one of the longest continuous - seven centuries. It started in 13th century and finished in 1996.
krzyk··on Steal My Bitcoin CTF PoC
Yeah, each agent stumbled upon this. While one of those CVS IS memory exhaustion.
krzyk··on Claude Duet
So again only for US?

Maybe they should use Opus/Fable to findout how to release to the world?

krzyk··on If you don't run your own LLM proxy, how do you know whats going on?
Well yeah, but those are mostly shops or contractors like plumbers (I'm not sure how farmers in US are handled, maybe also as business?).

The actual question is: do many programmers work in businesses that have < 150 people?

krzyk··on SlopCodeBench 10/2026 – Opus 5.5, Astra wins overall, xhigh considered harmful
Why they didn't test on high? (and also other levels for that matter, but high looks like the most obvious one because xhigh is to costly and doesn't give much benefit)
krzyk··on Gdynia and the Dream of a Maritime Poland
> when Poland attacked the Soviet Union in the 1920s

That is disputed, there are sources that say that (mostly Russian based) and others that say it was the Soviets marching West to conquer Europe.

krzyk··on If you don't run your own LLM proxy, how do you know whats going on?
Isn't any personal data a PII? You just need a couple of personal o enable t identify individual. And if this is in an org then amount of individuals is quite small, so sometimes it needs just one personal detail.
krzyk··on If you don't run your own LLM proxy, how do you know whats going on?
Are there mamy organizations that have subscriptions? Anything above 150 people is forced into API pricing.
krzyk··on Show HN: Gemini 4 Argon plays StarCraft
I loved sc1 (and SC2)

Do you plan on comparing harnesses also?

Playing in pi, opencode Vs the original harnesses?

krzyk··on Gemini 4 Argon for Robotics
This looks fun.

Unfortunately the price when including shipping and taxes is fro me 455 EUR, which is twice my budged :(

krzyk··on Gemini 4 Argon for Robotics
Is there something one could try out with not crazy costs? E.g. for $250? I've got some rpi 4 (and rpi zero w) laying around waiting to be used if that helps.

Seeing prices like 5k EUR is a bit too much for a hobby.

krzyk··on Cloudflare acquires Deno
So why cloudflare buys them? Just to do the MS thing?
krzyk··on Claude Haiku 5.5
They want to get on the Luna market.

If there was no Luna you would see only the >100k pricing, but because we have Luna, they had to lower price for something.

krzyk··on Cloudflare OHTTP gateway
As do others, they had to because CDN is not that good source of income nowadays, so most went into other offerings that are more profitable.

As I wrote, Cloudflare excel at marketing. And offers to consumers (as opposed to B2B).

krzyk··on Cloudflare OHTTP gateway
There are other CNDs, and Cloudflare isn't event the largest one, it has best marketing and free solutions.
krzyk··on Gemini 4 Argon
It is not a fetish, some people like this and others like that.

I like CLI more than TUI, and TUI more than GUI where appropriate. For working with text TUI is better, for e.g. images GUI (GIMP).

krzyk··on Gemini 4 Argon
Why use some GUI when there is a TUI?
krzyk··on You Said No MCP
MCP is only for agents, bash (and CLI) is for agents and people.
krzyk··on You Said No MCP
Now it is http, but previously it was some kind of binary protocol. And it was ... statefull, which is mind blowing, why would it be in the first place.

Nowadays they moved to http and stateless.

krzyk··on You said no MCP
And as a result it is the most hardened.
krzyk··on You said no MCP
But agents do write scripts, in bash. And they are very good at it. And bash is quite efficient with its pipeing.
krzyk··on Pi.dev: You Said No MCP
And subagents don't always communicate with each other, AFAIK that is the most common case.
krzyk··on GPT 6.1 Sol: Near-Astra intelligence for a fifth of the price
For me Anthropic models from 4.7 to 5 including where bad and ate tokens like crazy. Task delivery was worse than GPT 5.6 and token usage was 2-3x higher.

Looks like 5.5 is the new 4.6

krzyk··on Sonnet 5.5
I do, it gives some fun comparison between models.

You can also check for any kind of degradation of them - you have the prompt, it doesn't use much $.
