I have personally demoed this with a current ipad pro and it works nearly identical to their marketing videos.

I did not know this. Thank you.
kyleShropshire··on I've used all the notebooks
Yeah, I drew up the different sections that I wanted and had them printed like normal paperback books. I made them fit into a back jean pocket, added calenders for project tracking, and a table of contents to fill out for reference.
kyleShropshire··on I've used all the notebooks
I use pocket notebooks that I carry around in my back pocket at work every day. Ended up having to design my own so they could last 6-12 months without falling apart.

A small wad, after getting stuck to itself and an unsuccessful attempt at separating it, that is now stuck to one of your fingers no matter how hard you attempt to flick it off.
kyleShropshire··on Show HN: Browse Hardware Engineering Drawings Easily
Hello, I'm Kyle and the maker of this software. After talking with a lot of companies they really wanted an online way to test out the functionality with their teams before working with their IT departments to run a full demo.

This is my quick attempt to replicate the core functionality of drawing navigation.

Please share this with someone you know if they might find this navigation helpful! I'm sure that a lot of people on here know someone who works with hardware CAD drawings and I hope that you can slightly expand the reach of this demo.

Thank you for your help. Of course if their are any questions please let me know!

The demo video looks promising.
kyleShropshire··on Ask HN: Good Design Mockup Software, other than PowerPoint
Thanks, I like how it purposely looks like sketches to help guide people to the meaning behind the mock-up and not the specific hue used for the buttons.
kyleShropshire··on Ask HN: Good Design Mockup Software, other than PowerPoint
That looks promising since the feature list basically covers what I try to do currently with powerpoint.

kyleShropshire··on Show HN: Drawing Navigator – a browser for CAD blueprints
Hello, I'm Kyle, founder of drawing navigator (www.drawnav.com), design engineer, programmer, and maybe even something interesting one day.

After working as an engineer for almost a decade I picked up on a persistent problem while working with old blueprints. Old drawings were incredibly difficult to find, sometimes impossible, even if they were scanned in.

I tend to use existing data to build up the underlying drawing hierarchy and be able to find whatever I'm looking for without hunting for hours. Slowly patching together the functionality to automatically generate the database from scanned prints.

I have been using this software alone for quite a while before I decided to see if anyone else thought it was useful in the same way that I do.

Here to discuss any questions or comments anyone has.
