Apart from that, well done, I have been looking for a good db client for linux for ages. I use DBeaver at the moment, and it's pretty good, but I do find the interface a bit clunky and yours looks much better.
Of course an app is not a panacea but as developers we can't create vaccines or provide medical assistance. Its not perfect, as it depends on getting enough people to use it. No mean feat when there are people who don't even believe Covid exists or think it is only dangerous to older people and don't want to take any precautions like wear masks or socially distance. Even then, there are lots of technical challenges trying to use a technology like Bluetooth for a purpose for which it was never intended.
There will be a vaccine at some point (plenty of anti-vaccine people too, which might be a problem for the future) and there will be better treatments in the medium term but right now, speed is important and if it helps States to save time and get a contact tracing app quickly then it has to be a good thing. That way we are all safer.
Mouse or no mouse? your call. RTFM? your call. Plan or no plan, your call (although if someone else is paying the bills then this may not be your choice).
There is no right or wrong way, its whatever helps you be productive. If we all followed everyone else we would still be flicking switches on an Altair. So if everyone around you wants to wear a hat while they code, that's cool but it does not mean you need to. Fashion is for fools.
Like most developers I migrated to the curly braces languages (C# -> JavaScript -> TypeScript) but my first love will always be VB.
Many people cannot afford to access the medical system and the lack of a federal sick pay scheme means many workers will not take time off even if they are unwell.
Obviously, if you have a clear understanding of the finished product like in many enterprise applications then testing makes sense.
I would however, strongly recommend it if you are doing nuclear reactor software ;-)
Maybe you have a job that you can work remotely and never have to travel but there is more to life than work. Your neighbours, friends, kids, schools and your favourite coffee shop are part of who you are.

Fascinating what you can do with vision recognition and augmented reality on your phone.
