I started to learn how to play the drums. I have a e-drum set and I’m building this website where I can put my scores and connect my drums, so it can tell me how on time I’m playing.

Almost like a guitar hero thing but with just a metronome

It requires WebMidi to be enabled:

I'm writing my own webserver in python, my only purpose to this is to learn python and to force myself to do TDD and to write more functional code instead of OO or procedural code with side effects. I would like to have a fully working webserver with threads and serving full html pages.

I learned to program with Delphi and this was 2.5 years ago, since then I've been actively working with.

My only problem is that I have to maintain legacy codebases without OOP code.

If you want to become a Web Developer there are some good resources for free like:

www.coursera.com

www.udacity.com - WebDev with Python

www.theodinproject.com - WebDev with Ruby

www.freecodecamp.com - WebDev with JavaScript

Back when chrome had the startup overlay option (1 ~ 2 years ago) I changed the homepage of a friend's notebook to a male escort service website.

http://www.freecodecamp.com/ and http://www.theodinproject.com/ go from zero to employable. The first it's JavaScript and the second ruby

My region is full of companies with Java/.NET/PHP enterprise apps. Kotlin,Scala,Clojure, and Go it's inexistent here.

I've heard of Kotlin few times, but it never had my interest. I will give a try some day.

I'm learning Java right now, because the market around where I live is flooded by Java(Android too), and they pay well.

After that I'm probably going to learn HTML5/CSS3/JS and some JS framework. Also I really want to learn MeteorJS or Elixir.

You can try to reach the usergroups we have here. Like https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/ruby-sp is the official group of Ruby Developers in São Paulo. You can also look for public universities, here in Brazil they have the best courses of CS and IT related in the country.

I'm building a small system to control the development solicitations, changelog and database scripts. Also I'm planning to build a HR system with my brother and a friend.

In the Technical part : I'm learning full stack web development with Ruby/Rails for my personal projects, and Android Development for my job.

Also I'm doing English Classes and I'm thinking about starting German on Duolinguo, and there is the Aikido lessons too.

Yes, when I was a Accountancy student, I had a lot of classes that I could skip because of my degree, but they charged me for the classes I skipped.
