logicman··on Slack Acquires Astro
I am going to stick to the ecosystem (Apple, Google or Microsoft) from now-onwards. Too many email apps tried - Sparrow, Mailbox, Newton, Inbox and now this. I have come to realize that the Mail app on Mac or Gmail just works. I can do without all those fancy features that were built into these apps.
logicman··on Ask HN: Any project management app you feel at home with?
Brightpod :) Everything that needs to be tasked goes in there.
logicman··on Show HN: Moo.do – Simple, Powerful Organizational Tool
Looks neat. Don't think we'll switch from Brightpod.com
logicman··on Ask HN: What SAAS PM tool can help me out?
You should check out Brightpod.com - might be what you are looking for. It's got the best of Basecamp and Trello.
logicman··on Ask HN: Recommend a team work site with file sharing and a chatroom?
We are a remote team and this is our setup: - we use hipchat for real-time chatting with the team. We prefer it not be integrated into our pm tool. - we use Brightpod as our pm tool of choice. Not only does it have kanban boards but also lets use message (not real time) our team members.

Good luck!

logicman··on Ask HN: How do you deal with being a solo founder?
Yes, there is a lot to manage! I try to use a lot of web tools to automates tasks for Brightpod.com. I wrote a post on it early 2013. Might be helpful - http://sahilparikh.com/post/45667459164/how-we-use-saas-apps...

I have realized that exercise is a great stress-buster! Do it daily.

logicman··on Ask HN: how do you store and organize product feedback?
Use the kanban view in Brightpod to store all of this. You can move things around and start conversations. See www.brightpod.com

Good luck!

logicman··on Essential services your startup should use (especially if you’re bootstrapped)

logicman··on Ask HN: Which is project management software do you use? And why?
Have you asked your team why they don't stick with the tools? Is it too difficult to use?

I invite you and your team to use Brightpod.com.

We built it :)

logicman··on Show HN: Hiburo open beta is ready
You mean like brightpod.com :)
logicman··on To-Do Lists Don't Work
what I do is plan my personal tasks in Clear (without a due date) and Brightpod (http://www.brightpod.com). Luckily, Brightpod has a pretty powerful calendar that helps me plan my tasks on a weekly basis.
logicman··on Productivity hacks of a startup dad
Wow that is quite a lot to juggle :) Good luck and thanks for reading this post.
logicman··on Productivity hacks of a startup dad
:) works well.
logicman··on Building a SaaS business - 2007 vs 2013.
(copying my answer from above) - We run marketing campaigns and we spoke to others who had similar problems. Most PM/ Task tools are generic. We are betting on the fact that there are certain functions that are specific to marketing teams and people running these kind of features e.g. workflows to run a campaign, editorial calendar, integration with social networks etc...we'll see how it goes...:)
