lonbigtech··on Going from $110k to $24k for more skin in the game

lonbigtech··on Guide to the London Startup Ecosystem
The big tech companies will pay this to engineers with 5+ YOE when you include stock. Financial firms can be within this range too, and be a lot higher for quants.

I’d suspect 20% of my engineering colleagues make in excess of £150k a year.

lonbigtech··on Full-time software engineers in London, how much do you earn (2019)?
£100k base salary 15% bonus £60k a year in RSUs

No CS degree, 8 years of experience. In big tech.
