miloco··on Show HN: My first Android app - Hacker News reader
Awesome, works really nicely on my Nexus 4. I'll definitely be using it from now on. The comment view looks a lot like my 'Reddit Now' app so that's probably why I like it so much! The transition between comments and the article is a nice touch too. 5* from me.
miloco··on Open Web Device
I disagree. The thought of maintaining an app with a large code base written in JavaScript doesn't seem like a "step forward" to me. I'd much rather stick with my Android apps object oriented code base and associated tools.
miloco··on Learning Modern 3D Graphics Programming
A Java version of this would be great. A lot of it I can follow but there are some parts which look totally foreign.
miloco··on Google Tests an Interface Optimized for Infinite Scrolling
I think the title is misleading. If I'm not mistaken it's not actual infinite scrolling, the only change is the search bar and search tools remain in a fixed position. It's a nice change.
miloco··on What are the missing features in App Engine?
Are you using the new HR datastore? Since I switched reliability has been great.
miloco··on What are the missing features in App Engine?
Ability to backup and restore the datastore via the dashboard. This is long overdue. I know the bulkloader exists but it's hardly ideal.
miloco··on AppEngine 1.4.3 released: new file API, concurrent requests & more
Still no simple backup/restore feature. All I ask is for them to implement a dashboard based backup & restore tool!
miloco··on New AI Search Engine - Trying to beat Google, Wolfram Alpha, DuckDuckGo
It's pretty impressive for the few queries I tried, especially for "why" question types which usually are the trickiest to answer.

The answer for this question was amusing though: "who created android?" :D

miloco··on Ask HN: what lifestyle business could I help to create for my mom?
One area where there is an obvious hole in the market imho would be catering for the disabled traveller. If she could provide a service whereby she could organise disabled friendly flights, assistance to and from the airport, guarantee accommodation would meet your requirements etc it would be a great load off the mind of those who fear travelling due to their disabilities. A "disabled holiday planner" effectively.
miloco··on Must have CSS for HTML5 + Firefox
Have you tried it in IE :P
