Such a cool concept and demonstration, but utterly exhausting to read the claudeslop.

Solubility is a function of temperature.

This is so well written as to be refreshing

Beautiful and quite neat to 'walk' up into the ceiling and look down. Feels like you're either quasimodo or God, depending on how nuts you are.

Yes but also think of it as 'generates content from 11-2pm PT, with each hour giving 12+ small clips that have the chance to be shared, go viral, etc.'

Ah, I see. Prune cuts down the word plant. FWIW, just playing the game is better than the tutorial.

I genuinely don't understand step one of the tutorial. prune + plant > plan?

$1,200 deposit to pre-order. Privacy really is becoming a luxury good.

I was glad to see the note about battery life down at the bottom. My biggest challenge with the old Kindles I have laying around is that most of them won't hold a charge!

API limitations? Why not have the script run for a few days collecting images and then crank through all of them in an hour?

I’ve been close to some people who tried to make a living as a professional athlete. This is a really special way to help passionate, hard-working people live out their dreams and potential.

How would you distinguish this from the case where they turned the 'magnify dissent' filter down from 200%?

Why not?

This barely works for me because it seems like stuff always gets cached either at the browser or the OS level.

The best giveaway is that the sentences are short and punchy. If it were made by the character it claims to be made by, it would actually devolve into a long ramble, and nobody would make it to the bottom of the page.

This is exactly the stuff that prevents innovation and drives entrepreneurs out of those economies. Physical address?!

This type of tinkering with data and imagery is so satisfying. Wish I had more opportunities to chase stuff like this in my life!

The last section about the whale’s name is absolutely delightful.

Cloud configuration can create compliance issues that are distinct from codebase compliance issues

Chrome dev tools > the three little dots at the top right of the window > capture full size screenshot.

I always look for it in the three little dots that are next to the 'x' in the dev tools drawer, but it's actually behind the dots in the top nav that show screen dimensions, throttling, device orientation, etc.

It makes more sense if you think about it as something that they need to do in order to make sure that their marketplace attracts a wide range of publishing companies, some of which have very different perspectives on digital piracy, than as a way for them to retain a small percentage of revenue that DRM could theoretically protect.

I guess being a second-term President gives you a real leg up in terms of patriotic b-roll video footage
