Woah, this is good!
mr_mig··on A collection of technical things every software developer should know (2017)
You would be surprised how many people out there in Tech find value in that book then

I spent some time looking into prices, and there are repos that have a tiered system with sponsorship

The top tier is 1000$/m sponsorship , for which you get a larger size of the company logo showed on top of the repo

There is a disclaimer, but not very clear I guess
mr_mig··on A collection of technical things every software developer should know (2017)
You are mostly right
mr_mig··on A collection of technical things every software developer should know (2017)

You are not the only one. I have a lot of people around me whom I coach who prefers info to be in a text form

Would you prefer to have transcripts for those videos in the repo?

I will replace it with almost anything you want. Pick your option

You can use Backbone and Knockout with React. React is not a framework per se. It just makes things less complex.

I'd encourage you to read this article if you haven't done it yet: jlongster.com/Removing-User-Interface-Complexity,-or-Why-React-is-Awesome

mr_mig··on How to Pick a Front End Web Framework
No, you don't miss anything.

Angular is pretty bad in my opinion. You can check out my rant here: http://www.fse.guru/2-years-with-angular

In my experience, those people who have tried it as a framework for "some web-related stuff we need urgently" find Angular really attractive. When they need to dive deep in the magic they just hire a consultant...

mr_mig··on How to Pick a Front End Web Framework
To be honest, I think the person who has spent a year with a framework and who is ok to use it on a day-to-day basis won't simply trust a random guide in a random blog.

I'd ask you to give some feedback on this thing: https://github.com/brainly/style-guide

It's definitely not as powerful as code abstraction, but we are trying to build clean and maintainable framework. What issues do you see?

mr_mig··on How to Pick a Front End Web Framework
This is a very deep insight on CSS preprocessor topic. I have used the phrase "a bit better" intentionally, so that I do not dive deep into it.

Would you be so kind to give some comments on this thing: https://github.com/brainly/style-guide ?
