rafamct··on Show HN: I speak 5 languages. Common apps taught me none. So I built lairner
From trying it out, it's definitely vibe created because both the pronunciation and wording it provides in a language I know are wrong.

Duolingo (at least for the same language) has correct pronunciation and grammar/words, even if it's not a good way to learn.

rafamct··on The "confident idiot" problem: Why AI needs hard rules, not vibe checks
Yes you're totally right! I misunderstood what you meant, let me write six more paragraphs based on a similar misunderstanding rather than just trying to get clarification from you
rafamct··on Practical Vim command workflow (2023)
Self promotion (in the form of a video I made anyway if that counts).

I did a video that explains some of the ways I use Vim as a non beginner. It covers some of what's in the article, but more around what I'm thinking about when I'm doing them: https://youtu.be/N__lwGR2kdA?si=7Nqc7BGGkaqJr5J8

rafamct··on The current state of OpenTelemetry
It is sometimes the second. Apollo (the GraphQL one) uses OpenTelemetry for tracing and monitoring reasons but also for usage tracking. When was a field last used, what frequency is it included in queries, etc.
rafamct··on Incident with Git Operations, Issues and Pull Requests [resolved]
The main page throws a 500. Status page must be wrong/delayed
rafamct··on Effective Onboarding at a New Job
My workflow to help retain all the new information in my new job, without getting too bogged down in productivity tools. Tried to keep it lightweight but happy to expand in the comments.
rafamct··on Show HN: Budibase – An open-source low code platform
Great to see more of these ventures pushing a strong open source culture. Hope others will follow suit.
rafamct··on Show HN: YoHa – A practical hand tracking engine
It's worth noting that movements of the mouth are extremely important in ASL (and other sign languages) and so this probably isn't as useful as it might seem at first.
