ricketteon Claude Code reads AGENTS.md only when telemetry is on [fixed]

The only difference between CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md is the filename. Do you really need a whole plugin system to support that use case? Feels like this could have been a one line change.

ricketteon Tin: full-text search for Postgres

Will this become open source?

ricketteon Google Has Removed MV2 Extensions from the Chrome Web Store, Including UBO

I'm fairly happy with uBlock Origin Lite. Sure the original was better but this one does the job as well. uBlock Origin Lite is a MV3 extension, by the same author.

ricketteon AWS: Inaccurate Estimated Billing Data – $1.7 billion

Some guy named Claude screwed up.

ricketteon Show HN: DOM-docx – HTML to native, editable Word docs (MIT)

Interesting but how is an "autoresearch loop" different than creating a spec and X number of testcases and letting an agent run against these testcases and the spec?

Easy to criticize this, but I rather see GitHub survive than fail under its own success. So thanks for acting on this MS!

ricketteon Ask HN: Is the web for machines (/llm.txt) the one we wished we had as humans?

Does any of the LLM providers actually use llms.txt?

If I remember correctly this "standard" was setup by someone but without involvement of any of the major AI players.
