Ok, smoking, air pollution, mining runoff and water table poisoning, industrial waste, low-nutrient density foods, processed foods, sugary foods, red meat, Soda, energy drinks, lack of preventative care, lack in general of practical and affordable healthcare, alcohol, I could go on with hundreds of other things. But sure, seed oils are the problem. All of these are much more harmful to society than seed oils. Sure, are they used in excess? I'll grant that, but replacing them with animal fats is awful.
Linseed oil (flaxseed oil) is high in ALA and omega-6 fats, it could cause a REDUCTION in inflammation in some cases. It has the best omega-3:omega-6 ratio I know, and plenty of others are not harmful.
It sounds like you found something that works for you, but please keep the misinformation out of this convo.
There are many good resources out there that will not gloss over important details, and have experience (hard-earned) behind them.
Best of luck to the author and everyone dealing with it, stay strong!
Things change when the cost-benefit analysis moves. If you apply the law strictly and effectively, the behaviour will adjust.
AI has made the "hard" things more important. Everyone can now build an e-commerce website or demo, but the utilities, OSes, and browsers now serve as the base of those projects. They are beginning to be overwhelmed, whether it be through AI bug reports, exponential load on some platforms, or other indirect factors, and there isn't much relief in sight.
We need a large re-alignment of Math, Software and Sciences. I'm not elucidating anything new here, simply musing. Science and math workers can be focused on replication and application, and software expertise focuses on the "foundational" systems.

Vastly different ways of interacting with each provider is another story, but really we are pretty spoiled here. Slightly different prompting techniques is not really a big deal. If anything it shows the user has some nuance and appreciation for what each model provides.
Fow what it's worth, I am super happy with Opus 5.5. Less verbose than 5 and just gets work done. The progress has been astounding, and if I have to coax it out a bit differently on Opus 5.5 vs Astra 6, I am happy to pay that small price.
Edit: typo
The better solution (for me) is to open up the slots since there is such a huge shortage of doctors. NPs and RNs are not going to make up that expertise gap.
The US med school system with residencies and med school slots needs a total overhaul. I'm not arguing that. I would rather have higher skilled immigrants than lower skilled if possible, and I would even prefer that to promoting less meritorious US workers if they are unqualified.
No one seems to care in this admin. Absolutely wild.
Oracle is in a spiral it seems. Is Stargate still plugging along?
Cordage can be a force-multiplier as well, in addition to what others have said about pulleys and slings. One could tie many strings/ropes to a tree or animal and pull with multiples of a singular force.
As much as I personally disliked Susan Wojcicki, she kinda sort kept Youtube shenanigans in check. Yes, there were baity, inappropriate ads, but after she left it has gotten out of control.
Google signaled with "Lake America" they are playing along, and I don't think any real consquences will come of it as long as they keep pulling in billions and the QoQ keeps going.
