sabr··on Show HN: Mastra 1.0, open-source JavaScript agent framework from the Gatsby devs
Mastra looks great!

- How do you compare Mastra with Tanstack AI? And/or do you plan to build on top of Tanstack AI like the Vercel AI SDK?

- Since there's a Mastra cloud, do you have an idea as to what features will be exclusive to the hosted version?

sabr··on Show HN: PGlite – in-browser WASM Postgres with pgvector and live sync
This is amazing! Will there be something like Litestream/rqlite for PGlite?
sabr··on Show HN: Floodcraft – Short videos on any topic in 30 seconds
Thank you! Yeah, also improving the pipeline to cater to all kinds of queries
sabr··on Show HN: I made a tool to clean and convert any webpage to Markdown
Pretty cool.

I build something very similar - smort.io . Just prepend smort.io/ before any article URL to easily edit, annotate and share it with anyone.

Also works on ArXiv papers!

This was the Show HN post for Smort - https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=30673502

sabr··on Readability.js
Readability is awesome! I used it to build Smort.io [1] to easily read articles & ArXiv papers.

sabr··on iAnnotate – Whatever happened to the web as an annotation system? (2013)
I built and launched Smort.io [1] a year ago to easily edit, annotate and share articles without logging in.

Just prepend smort.io/ before any URL to read.

It also works on ArXiv papers published till May 2023.

sabr··on Launch HN: Dittofeed (YC S22) – open-source customer engagement platform
Are you using Temporal Cloud?
sabr··on Google search was giving errors when searching “how many emojis on iOS”
"How many emoji on ios" works.

Wonder why "emojis" itself throws an error? I would expect the query understanding model to have the same result for the singular and plural forms

sabr··on I'm Publishing My Next Book on Substack
You should use Smort.io [1]!

I've been building Smort to be the best place to read online. Just add smort.io/ before any URL to read the article in Smort. No login needed!

Demo: https://smort.io/demo/home

You can annotate, edit with markdown, save articles permanently and also share the annotated articles with other people. We also have inbuilt arXiv support so that you can read arXiv papers without wrangling PDFs. Latex equations are rendered quite well!

sabr··on Ask HN: In 2022, what is the proper way to get into machine/deep learning?
On a related note, to get into ML/DL you'll have to read a lot of arXiv papers. I built Smort.io to easily annotate and collaborate on arXiv papers.

Just add smort.io/ before any arXiv URL to read it in Smort.

Demo: https://smort.io/demo/home

sabr··on Handpicked No-Signup Tools
Smort.io doesn't require a signup too! Smort lets you easily annotate and share an article or arXiv paper. Just add Smort.io before any URL to read it in Smort.

Demo: https://smort.io/demo/home

Disclaimer: I built Smort

sabr··on Ask HN: Is there a tool / product that enables commenting on HTML elements?
Are the webpages you're primarily annotating, articles? If so, then I built Smort.io for this. To annotate and share articles easily.

Here is a demo: https://smort.io/demo/home

sabr··on Ask HN: How do you critically evaluate scientific papers?
If you need a better way to read arXiv papers, I've built Smort.io . You can read, edit, annotate, share and save papers natively in Smort rather than handling PDFs!

Here is a demo https://smort.io/demo/home

Just prepend smort.io/ before any arXiv URL to read. No login needed!

sabr··on Show HN: Smort.io – Annotate and share ArXiv papers and articles
At the moment Smort can only share individual papers rather than having all the papers in a single page. But we're working on this! Sort of like a profile page where people can see all the annotated and shared articles/papers of a user
sabr··on How I Experience the Web Today
We built Smort.io [1] to solve this problem!

Here is the Show HN post from March https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=30673502

Just add smort.io/ before any URL to read it better. You can also annotate, share and save articles.

sabr··on PartialExecuter: Reducing WebAssembly size by exploring all executions in LLVM
I made highlights as well as formatting changes that I found insightful. Sharing it so that others can benefit from it too :)

sabr··on Show HN: Smort.io – Edit, annotate and share articles easily
Thanks! I should have this up and running tomorrow/day after. Is there a way I can update you when it's released?
sabr··on Show HN: Smort.io – Edit, annotate and share articles easily
This is a good idea. I didn't think about it from a disinformation point of view. I'll implement this soon.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Check it out now! Inspired by @guyzl, I added a Brooklyn 99 Easter Egg
sabr··on Show HN: Smort.io – Edit, annotate and share articles easily
Yes, since the actual content in the first recursive level is minimal, the parsing algorithm doesn't render it in the second level. I should include an easter egg in when you run it recursively :)
