Replace your new tab with a customizable pixel environment.
Choose from different rooms and worlds, ambient sounds, and use the simple tools like a G calendar integration, pomodoro timer, todo list, and of course, search.
Settings persist across tabs, and it’s free to use with or without an account.
The goal was to make new tabs feel more personalized without bogging down the browser. I used spritesheets for the character animations, and but other than that, It's primarily just vanilla JS.
On the back end I used supa base (sql, auth, some hosted functions).
