London has been the biggest European city for banks, but with Brexit looming on the horizon many of the banks are relocating to mainland EU and they seem to be doing just fine.

The companies, the entrepreneurs that would be affected could move their operations just the same way.

As a high school student / developer with a (seemingly great) idea and no same-age peers, would you suggest waiting until college to find a cofounder, or going through with the idea now alone?

Tried developing a hybrid app in Ionic about 6 months ago, about 8 hours in I had seen so many bugs and inconsistencies in the docs that I ragequit.

Looks like it still hasn't changed to something usable.
