stevemk14ebr··on Education shouldn't be held for ransom
This is basically pedantry, they want generative AI and AI search off. If anyone is confused then you should be asking more questions to understand the desires.
stevemk14ebr··on Progress on provable inference for large language models
This obviously an attempt at being able to say a response came from an anthropic model vs say some other model via a model router. As for me, I will keep using my model router, I don't care to be charged more for a name brand. I don't care about the brand at all, it's a commodity.
stevemk14ebr··on Genie 4
So what, the world model failed to model physics. The thing they said it did elsewhere. It's a valid critique

stevemk14ebr··on Changes at Google DeepMind: Demis Hassabis from CEO to Chair, Jeff Dean departs
You're crazy of you think Demis is CEO of alphabet material. He's an accomplished AI researcher, Google does about 10000 other things than AI.
stevemk14ebr··on John Deere owners will get the right to repair equipment under FTC settlement
I wouldn't do it, your point is now disproven

> It’s just a foundation? Please just let me know

We are each responsible for learning ourselves, and we live in a time where that is easier than ever. I find it odd your default position is to assume it is not important.

stevemk14ebr··on Stop Flock
You want to stop the source, which is that the government and other agencies can purchase surveillance data that would otherwise be disallowed by the 4th amendment. We need to end this 'laundering' of information through third parties, and enforce the constitution by its intent.

So your extension does a bunch of hooks to spoof edge, but then only works on edge? And edge using Netflix normally already supports 4k. So this does nothing and does not solve the stated problem of chrome and Firefox 4k Netflix streaming.

Am I missing something?
