This is amazing! Thank you for reminding me of the one game I spent so much time playing when I was young. I remember drawing the units on paper and playing with them on the table when I didn't have access to the computer.
I remember awhile back, people started noticing that archived pages of Reddit* had a 'logged in' status and showed the account name Archive was using to scrape the data. Not sure if this is how it works with other sources.
In the technique example, it sounds like they used a homograph (or homoglyph) method to trick the AI -- almost as if the AI has 'eyes' and reads like a human would. This is so interesting.
Only thing I can think of at the moment, geologically-speaking and within a short time span could be a Super-volcano eruption that engulfs the atmosphere in smoke, causing another ice-age. Another method of danger could be a meteor impact, though it's time span is unknown until we detect it, and not sure if that fits your geological category.
The inactive CSS feature is great, I've spent a lot of time cleaning up global stylesheets for my employer recently, and it's a big task. Even though I doubt it catches CSS toggled by Javascript, I'm excited to use it.
If you can find an exchange that doesn't require Personal Identifiers (PID) before purchasing, you'd be in luck. Even localbitcoins.com sellers require enormous amount of info about the buyers before they even consider the transaction.
They didn't shut it down completely. They only removed the ability to profit from your copyright claims. You're still able to have videos removed or blacklisted for copyright infringement.
Calling this a "bug" is a stretch. Similar to saying `1 == 2` is a bug. Could've been prevented by using distinct ID's in your tables and query criteria. When assigning experience, authenticating, selecting user data, etc., use the user ID.
Usernames are just localized, vanity UUID's for client-side pleasure.
I noticed something was odd... I've been trying to sign into their app the past couple of days and keep receiving "Invalid credentials" errors. The website worked fine for me.
This same thing happened to me except with two (2) Electric Forest tickets. Found the guy in Grand Rapids, Michigan; sent the police his way and was later sent 3 checks that equaled the amount I sent him for the tickets.
