This is why I hardly visit this place and will never post a personal project or anything I'm working on. Because people will just complain about it if it costs money, or smugly brag that they could have created the same thing in a weekend. Regardless, this looks like a very cool plugin and I look forward to playing around with the lite version. Thanks for sharing.

ah thank you

Why are there 3 Next.js stories at the top of the front page with no comments? Just seems weird

Yeah, it definitely seemed like it was too complicated of a process to be able to be anyone near as simple as recharging or refueling is.

Compressed natural gas is used in some buses right now.

I'm a little worried about the industry and workers that would be affected by such a huge change. I don't know what could be done, especially in the name of progress, but it's something that needs to be considered.

That's a lot of tech for $13k new!

The integrated MBP models seem to be a bit more reliable and run cooler. Too bad you can't get a 15" without a discrete GPU anymore.

I agree, or maybe make a toggle to switch between the two ways of ordering.

I sure hope so. I can't wait until we have more competition from the major auto manufacturers for electric vehicles.

Mainly because they require fewer parts, right?

Whoa that's pretty impressive.

Yes, good point to try to keep in mind.

Really puts into perspective how much water is in the great lakes!

So a guy who tweets fake crime statistics to make it seem like most white murders are done by black people and a guy who publicly shames women for their body is not a racist or sexist? In what reality do you live?

So even after she was voted as the nominee by a democratic primary, because the DNC had their email hacked and she has a temporary case of pneumonia you think she should be replaced?

Actually, Apple has only used 16:10 screens for their laptops (11" Air is an exception) while almost everyone else uses 16:9. The iPad has a 4:3 screen while so many other Android tablets have used 16:9 (thankfully there are more choices now).

Any push notification would be ok, but SMS is preferred because it's more reliable for me. The Visa service V.Me was great because you could use any card, even all the specialty rewards cards, and they didn't even have to be Visa cards!

What service or cards offer SMS alerts for any transaction? The best I have it American Express which will alert me only when I have a transaction over $10. V.me by Visa used to offer an alert service for any amount and it was great, but unfortunately that service got shut down.

Apple products consistently get their advertised battery life (or beyond).

"The only reason it is selling at all is because of the little Apple logo."

Statements like that are not productive.

The watch has only been out for like 5 months...

I'm responding to your specific argument that this is all about knowledge-sharing when it's not.

The #1 purpose of file sharing is not knowledge sharing, it's entertainment sharing.

What an absurd title and statement. Of course you can defend public libraries and oppose file sharing! It costs almost nothing to share digital files, while libraries have very real physical location costs and costs to maintain physical books (and maybe even to purchase digital books?). Not to mention the local community benefits a physical library offers.

"Mixing involves the spatial and tonal quality of the sound; editing the temporal and semantic quality."

What does that even mean? I thought sound editing was the creation of all the sounds and sound effects, and mixing was the mixing.

Safari is multi-process and it has the best battery life.

Does that suffer the same problem that iQi (from Indiegogo) does? The iQi is not Apple Certified and will occasionally pop up a message that says "This cable accessory is not supported" and will stop charging.

You think the Pebble Time has a better design than the Apple Watch? The Pebble looks pretty similar but with a bigger bezel. The Apple Watch doesn't go on sale until April 24.
