Human perception of such models is frankly not a reliable measure at all as far as gauging capabilities is concerned. Until there's more progess on the nueroscience/computer science (and an intersection of fields probably) and better understanding of the nature of intelligence, this is likely going to remain an open question.
don't think that is true, Stockfish incorporated NNUE techniques through a fork https://www.chess.com/news/view/stockfishnnue-strongest-ches...
being transparent with the setup of your invention is always a good thing.
This methodology of enforcement goes back decades way before India got independent, inherited from British Indian authorities. It's even more blatant under the current ruling party.
In the spirit of cliched reductive "feel good" statements of this whole comment section, ignoring criticism is also easier than building something that ends up to be extremely subpar.

Search engines are much better On uncovering guides on that, specially from experts and verified sources. It's a bit of work to verify that, but then it is part of learning itself, not sure trying to punt on that to fast track your learning your whatever is going to make a meaningful difference in terms of time
So if i understand correctly the variance of the data would not really matter since we will choose a hash table of size of the total space of passwords thus absolutely no collisions will occur no matter which distribution of keys we pick and hash
Thats where the O(1) comes from since searching for a key in a hash slot would take constant time as there is just one key in each slot (due to no collisions)
As the other commentor said the SHA1 collision has such a low probability that theres no need for perfect hashing
i was wondering about the use case, from what little i've read, assemblyscript is an alternative for devs who want to stick to typescript style language with some fine grained control for lower level webassembly. see some utility for niche cases where perfor mance is needed for complex data structures, not entirely convinced though, specially with v8 JS giving excellent performace out of the box
state and central governments have massive influence over what discourse is encouraged and it usually sways towards what their political agenda and inclinations are while opposing beliefs and ideas are sanctioned or put down though state apparatus (police forces , executive orders etc). free flow of information is suppressed when it doesnt favour certain viewpoints.
in a similar manner, blind deference towards the government is encouraged and criticism is punished, you can trace the track record of Indian government (sedition and anti national laws for examples) with this regard going back decades.
Critical journalism is pretty much marginal and niche - these outlets are fewer because there are very little incentives. There are a few like NDTV and Dainik bhaskar, who routinely face sanctions by governmental bodies for not sticking to the governmental narrative.
Unfortunately Indian society specially due to how educational systems are structured do not encourage any questioning of authority and unable to point out criticisms specially in public Easier to stay happier with blind acceptance of information when you barely know whats happening in detail beyond the governments successes.
Even the elections are not without fault, primarily in the working of the Election commission and how free and fair they are (specially in Kashmir) so I doubt your statement about fairness.
local music (bollywood number, south indian film industry etc) is expectedly far more widespread and american music pales in comparison in terms of popularity
Then took a test recently, turns out i have Avoidant Personality Disorder. Made a lot of sense, since I struggled with interpersonal relationships - difficulty in getting help from people, more prone to tolerating misbehaviour from other people out of avoidance of conflict, interpreting peoples signs and events naturally in an exaggerated negative fashion thus making me self sabotage etc. I sort of survived through probably because I scraped through when it was dire.
yes thats the one. interesting, seems they caught 15 unique relays harvesting logins. There seems to be scope to improve reporting and detection of malicious actors like this. They also have a block list on Tor's gitlab repo but doesn't seem to be up to date.
only found this paper going over systematic process of exposing bad relays - http://www.cs.kau.se/philwint/spoiled_onions/pets2014.pdf
or, a more better term would be 'Atleast it works' mentality.
