Seriously though, nice work :)
Some people believe that in order to change the world they need to be a genius... to find peace they need to become a Buddhist monk... to save a starving African child they should live in to Africa to do it. I think that we can do all those things as we are now. We can affect positive change when we "lift where we stand." That's what that kid is doing.
Lets chill for awhile and allow something to organically happen.
Seriously, would you or I die if we didn't use any of those social media channels for awhile, or would it create space for something new to evolve?
This is a quote we all need to take to heart.
Definitely sounds like a surreal place.
I currently own a WP8 and it's a lustworthy phone. I see a lot of opportunities for app developers. I'm hearing good things about the Z10 too and friends are buying it. Not many apps though. Not much competition it seems.
Reminds me of the saying "In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king."

This kind of comment appears in practically Every. Single. news discussion. Can't we just make a blanket statement like this as a sticky, and put it at the top of each story? A kind of brief disclaimer or IANAL?
Most citizens never hear about it until it's too late because it's not easy to find out about the latest zonings. Trying to have a say in the process? Well, that's a whole new level of obfuscation.
The process is confusing for a reason: to keep concerned citizens like you and me out.
What is happening in Istanbul is happening here too.
Puts the saying "find something no one else wants to do and make a career out of it" in a whole new light.
Bonus Prediction: William Gibson will write a novel about garbage.
You have to give Obama credit though, he is supernaturally charismatic and completely amoral, not to mention the best centrist in US political history.
I think that when he is gone and his powers of charisma and diversion have long dissipated, history will not be kind to him. He never had the courage and compassion to do the right thing.
Besides, on the rare occasion I have read an article on Medium (I don't anymore) I could never remember the author. It's all just the faceless Borg.
For anyone thinking of using Medium, don't do it. It's like giving your work away for free, and for no recognition.
If the rebuttal was boiled down to one or two well written paragraphs of his most salient points, Wired may continue the discussion.
