Now, is it the responsibility of organization X or person Y to preserve this value? I’m not sure, but that seems to be a separate (albeit also interesting) question.
I think chatgpt is interesting in its ability to highlight the subtle variations in a concept we tend to think of as more of a single attribute (e.g. reasoning) because humans tend to do certain types of reasoning tasks at the same relative proficiency as others. No human can write complex code without being able to add large numbers, so they are often lumped into the same skill category.

https://ehmorris.com/lander/In my experience, CLIs are great for efficiency, if I am doing a task so often that it becomes rote behavior and learning the tool is no longer helpful, or if I want to automate it. I find my real world need for either of these to be relatively slim, but I am not surprised that it is common for others.
Many cameras let you set the ISO in 1/3 stop increments, but if I recall correctly, many camera manufacturers just keep the sensitivity at the base stops and adjust the brightness via software.
So shooting at ISO 250 really means ISO 200 (underexposing what you requested) but then adding a third stop equivalent of brightening to the digital file. Conversely, using ISO 160 actually means the camera is using ISO 200 (overexposing) and lowering the brightness in software.
What this means, at least 10 years ago when I was more in tune with the photography world, is that people would prefer to shoot at the [base ISO stop - 1/3] levels to because those were the levels with the least noise near that exposure setting. The cost is you risk saturating more pixels in the highlights.
And for the same reasoning, the ISO setting s 1/3 over the base stops were typically avoided as they were noisier, albeit with slightly more dynamic range.
Do you think this is a conscious desire?
Is it something that our leaders developed after attaining power, or is it a preexisting desire that led them to seek power in the first place?
Why do they want people to live in a state of panic and fear?
I used to fall asleep during class, which led to my (positive) life changing adhd diagnosis. While stimulants have since helped me stay awake, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s still an underlying sleep problem. May mention this next time I see my doc.
