I don't think it is only because the financial sector pays more than average. They don't reach the pay level of FAANG companies having their R&D in Switzerland. Also be assured that this level is only reached in Zurich.

tobltobs··on Road to war: US struggled to convince allies, and Zelensky, of risk of invasion
Your first link only says that at the beginning it was only 30%, which isn't a too big surprise considering the chaos at this time and it is talking about non lethal weapons only anyway.

"Jonas Ohman is founder and CEO of Blue-Yellow, a Lithuania-based organization that has been meeting with and supplying frontline units with non-lethal military aid in Ukraine since the start of the conflict with Russia-backed separatists in 2014. Back in April, he estimated that just "30-40%" of the supplies coming across the border reached its final destination. But he says the situation has significantly improved since then and a much larger quantity now gets where it's supposed to go."

What is your research telling you about those red flags:

Being "audited" by a company nobody ever heard of,

not disclosing what commercial papers they hold for "privacy reasons",

being the seventh-largest holder of commercial papers without any traders seeing Tether buying anything.

tobltobs··on Most Salvadorans have already ditched their national Bitcoin wallets
I believe you haven't read what rvz is talking about. He didn't say payments with lightning wouldn't work. He said that lightning nodes are a centralized system which open the doors to censorship and manipulation, which was the motivation for btc in the first place.
tobltobs··on Hetzner Cloud – Data loss incident
Could you tell us some of the red flags you see in this video? Considering it is a low cost hoster it looks fine to me, but I am not an expert.

tobltobs··on An ad plugin was stealing revenue for a year and I didn't even notice
Could you please hint us to the sentence where he calls the 2% “stealing”, too?

You yourself say that "the increase from 2% to 30% is way more questionable". What is "questionable" about that? Maybe that is not stealing but it is an obvious fraud.

I really don't get what your motivation could be to defend that kind of shit.

tobltobs··on Ask HN: Many became preppers in 2021 are You ready to become a Stacker in 2022?
What do you mean with "real coins". Do you mean collector or proof coins? If yes wouldn't the additional premium for those coins be lost if you use them for barter. Wouldn't make junk silver coins make more sense as they have the lowest premium?
tobltobs··on Ask HN: Many became preppers in 2021 are You ready to become a Stacker in 2022?
If currencies collapse, society will find ways to avoid a complete barter trade economy. Silver coins look like an obvious option to me.
