tough··on Guerrilla bike lanes: San Francisco makes illicit infrastructure permanent (2016)
Yeah I think atlanta only got this as a freebie due to it being built on top of their abandoned rail road.

In europe there's also a great culture of bike /walking dirt only pathways too, but I agree its not very practical solution for cities

Homebrew supports third party repositories so if the developer installed one that wouldn't necessarily mean a supply chain attack directly on brew-curated ones https://docs.brew.sh/Taps

tart is great to orchestrate native Virtualization.Framework hypervisor VM's on macOS. I've been meaning to use more but yeah i mostly do codex/claude/opencode cli directly on my drive and havent had any scare in 3 years

I was paranoid enough to just remove all my Chrome/VSCode etc extensions.

Im now thinking about just running tart VM's on my mac to do my regular stuff from.

the recent CVE making any non-patched TCP exposed linux server RCE-root-able seems like a good stretch to me.

But could also be any of the recent supply chain attacks hitting a dev too i guess

wasn't that the origin of crypto and bitcoin too, or similar communities at least.

I think that's where I've read from about remailers in the past as in the same people who mined bitcoin early was into these

tough··on Frontier Airlines Likely Breached
There should be an anonymous org way to report these without putting yourself in personal jeopardy, some kind of "innocent observer" protections built in...

If your system has gaps im not at fault for discovering them sort of deal

tough··on Frontier Airlines Likely Breached
Deterrance not only works at the individual level, anyone reading these news reports about an innocent person being wrongly prosecuted for doing the right thing, is being trained to not do the right thing next time and just do nothing instead (because that's safer)

claude code "auto-mode" uses a smaller sonnet-like model for classifying, which means it's basically dumb, and the harness biases it into denials

> nowadays selling your tesla involves the new owner identifying themselves and uploading their identity documents to tesla.

wait does this mean you cannot buy a used tesla anonymously (to tesla), not the reseller (?)

If so, that's crazy

It's also a great "telephone" between the low-ranks and the C-suite if the comms are broken on a company.

meaning: If your boss won't bother to ask it's own employees or trust their feedback, he might choose a well kept, well presented third party to gather that feedback from their employees, and then package it nicely with some cool logos and slides and decks, and charge you a shit ton of money out of it.

We use GLM at work and YMMV a lot depending on the provider. So i guess some have bugs on their inference pipeline, or serve too agressive quants
